Horrible experience, poor quality and customer service
Ordered 2 costumes. Only 1 shipped within the stated time period. The neck hole was a 17" circumference on an extremely cheaply-made mask. My head is 22". No way to stretch the latex 5". My 11yo couldn't even get it on. Cossky offered 10% back. So I paid 90% for a useless costume... no thanks. Then they offered 15%. When I refused that, they said I had to return it via Airmail (thats not the way it was shipped to me and they're just trying to get me to accept the 15%) or go with the 15% refund. Disputing it with PayPal as they have stopped responding.
I wish I would have read Cossky's…
I wish I would have read Cossky's negative reviews before I ordered. Their customer service is bad. They will not provide return instructions. The delivery time is more than double the time indicated on their website. I didn't know when I ordered that this company, Cossky, simply drop-ships from China. I found the exact same costume on AliExpress for less. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company because they do not add any value or customer service for their additional markup. My advise just look on AliExpress, if you find the same costume, it will be cheaper and delivered faster, probably from the exact same supplier Cossky is using to drop-ship from.

I ordered a BOB costume and was worried it would not arrive in time, I reached out via email and was assured I would have it in time. My emails were answered very quickly and the customer service was exceptional! I did receive it on time, with time to spare actually! The costume is GREAT! I highly recommend this place!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. All of these products are cheaply made and they will make it 100% difficult to return your item for a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank due to them not responding.
Scammy and terrible business practices
I was hesitant about ordering from this company due to the mixed reviews and lack of return policy. First, my husband ordered a costume, which shipped within 2 days. We received it within 8 days. I felt comfortable ordering from them once I saw the first costume had shipped, so placed my order. Notably, the option to use PayPal was gone from their site. After placing my order, I received a very suspicious email from the company, asking me to pay them an additional $5 in order to ship my item, and a link to their website to “make up the difference”. I was extremely confused. I asked when my order would be shipped and got the same exact response, with a link to pay. Their reasoning was that the item had “upgraded”, whatever that means. Even though it was only $5, it bothered me deeply. We have since received my husband’s order, which was missing a portion of the costume. When we went back to the website, the listing had changed what was included!! Overall, I would not be ordering from this company again. They cannot conduct business this way and expect people to pay extra after-the-fact.
No costume. 1 month and still waiting for it to ship
I ordered my daughter a blow up Shrek costume Sept.1 with the 7-10day processing shipment. Tomorrow will be Oct.1 and it’s still processing. I’ve been charged and they keep lying to me that it will process in the next few days. I guess I’m out money and need to get a new costume for my daughter somewhere else. Everyone should be wary of these people.
Seems like a scam
I ordered a costume a month ago and their website said it would be here in 8-14 business days so I’ve recently emailed them and they said “ We checked that your order is ready to ship but the costume package has upgraded now. We will ship it out ASAP if you are willing to pay $5 shipping fee.” WHAT?!
One month and nothing
I ordered 2 different cosplays on the 26 of August having paid for them on the same day. to this they they haven't even shipped any of them! I have sent several emails to them and the last response I got was "Your costume will be finished soon." on 18 of September, but still nothing. I needed the cosplays for convection on the 12 of October but even IF they ship it today it won't get here on time. Don't buy from them unless you want to wait several months for it!

Defective Costume, Atrocious Customer Service
I ordered the Link (Zelda) costume, & the sizing was waaaaay off. The tunic is 3x larger than the sizing chart stated, and fingers of the glove are so narrow, even my skinny, 12 yr old son's fingers can't fit into it. I emailed to initiate the return, & they asked for pictures of the costume with measuring tape so they could compare with the description on the website. They ran me around and around in circles asking for the same info over and over. Then, they suggested they would give me a 15% refund. I explained that the return is due to manufacturer error and I would like 100% refund, as the costume is completely unusable. Over the course of 6 emails, they incrementally increased the refund up to 35%. After a month and half of emails, they finally agreed to 100% refund, but only if I return it to them in China on my own dime!! The least expensive shipping label I could find is $30. The costume cost $50. By the time I take an hour off of work to take this to the post office, I'm still losing money. I tried to explain this to them in our email correspondence, but they regressed to just repeating their response that they "do not have a shipping label for me at this time" and that they will give me a refund if I return the costume to them in China. So frustrating and disappointing. My kid is really bummed.

After shopping around multiple cosplay costume websites, I came across cossky and was happily surprised by not only the speed that I received my cosplays but by the amazing quality for an affordable price. I will definitely be returning!

I’ve ordered from cossky a few times, Daki from Demon Slayer a few years ago, and two Fizzarollis from Helluva Boss earlier this year. All the costumes I received were of great quality, I like to buy and elevate by adding my own decorations and trim and both Fizz’s classic outfit & the green bunny suit version were perfect for just that. I definitely recommend cossky to my fellow cosplayers!

I ordered July 3rd
I ordered July 3rd, and we are now in September and I have not received my order. I have contacted their customer support and keep being told my order is on the way. If I would have known, it was going to take this long for my order to arrive, I would have order somewhere else. I will not be ordering from them again. If you are looking to get your order fast and easy I would go to an in-person retailer or make it yourself, with how long it takes compared to waiting months for your order.
Kafka Hibino Kaiju No. 8 Jumpsuit
I have ordered from cossky several times and have always been very happy with the service. The last cosplay I ordered was a "Kafka Hibino Kaiju No. 8 Jumpsuit". The cosplay is very comfortable and the quality is solid. However, there are a few things that could be optimized. All in all, the cosplay is very good, but compared to the "Ashiro Mina" version on their website, there is still room for improvement. My girlfriend bought Mina and the quality is excellent. My advice is to use the same material and parts from the Mina cosplay for the Kafka cosplay. If I didn't have the direct comparison of the two cosplays, the Kafka would still be a solid 8/10. Especially for this good price (50€)!
