Wish I read reviews for this company so I could've avoided getting ripped off. I ordered a "Carhartt " hoodie for a Xmas present and was "promised" to receive before Xmas. Nowhere on their website says it's coming from China. Once I placed the order the shipping came out to $35! Didn't show the shipping fee until after I placed the order. And I was immediately charged. I let it go since I was desperate to get it before Xmas. Didn't receive till 1st week of Jan. The "Carhartt " hoodie was of such poor quality, I'm glad I didn't give it as a gift. No Carhartt label inside the hoodie and the lettering on the sweatshirt was so poor. I immediately contacted the company via their website to request a return. Website clearly states returns accepted within 30 days. I notified them the day I received I wanted a refund because it was late and this was not a Carhartt product. First, they said I couldn't give me a refund. I told them that their website clearly says refund within 30 days of receiving. Long story short, I got the run around including having me ship the item back to "them" paying for the shipping on my own, then having it returned to me as "refused by the receiver." I was livid! Their response was that they couldn't accept returns at this time, but would refund me $21. I paid $35 for the hoodie, $35 for shipping and $10 for shipping to have return item to address provided, which in turn ended up being sent back to me anyway. Spent $80 to get $21 back. I probably could've gotten it at less at the real Carhartt w/o all the hassle. This company should not be allowed to continue selling fake items on the internet. With all the scams and complaints they've garnered, I'm hoping they get shut down.

I ordered boots from Cotosen and they look fantastic in person. They did need a short break-in period, but after that they became comfortable for everyday wear.

I ordered a leather jacket and it is not leather at all it’s really thin cheap vinyl the jacket elastic ends of the sleeves are oversized so is the bottom elastic it’s oversized very poorly made looks very different than the picture. I recommend never doing business with a company like this.

This is a follow up for trying to get my poor quality clothing returned. I purchased clothing that after receiving them are a knock off (counterfeit). Requested a return label for the reason of poor quality of clothing. Never received a return label and was unable to get my credit card charge removed. I reported Cotosen to the United States government Trade Commission for selling counterfeit clothing. I will never buy from Cotosen again. 1. The product quality is sh*t and not close to what’s advertised. 2. Returning items for a refund is impossible since they gave me a bad return address and a bad phone number to call. 3. They offered me a 50% refund on my purchases but are refusing to reimburse me the $76 I spent trying to return their clothes to them to a non existent address that they provided. Would like to give ZERO stars. Ordered 2 separate orders with one item each. Both Men's shirt/jacket in 2XL. Arrived verrrry small, when tried on, there was about 7" between the buttons and buttonholes. and not quite matching descriptions. Cheap thin fabric. NOT a cheap price though, and $23.99 to ship each package. Ok, so moving on, I decided to return. I have several emails back & forth from them; they were quite prolific at responding quickly. I was instructed to photograph each item, the product numbers and the packages themselves. Only then would they send me the next return/refund steps.(so, by now I am getting the feeling that I have been scammed) I did as instructed. They sent me an email with an address to return the items. I followed instructions and paid $22.95 for a priority Medium flat rate box (my choice) since they stated they do not provide return labels. DO NOT spend your money here. I ordered a coat, they sent the wrong style and what they sent was more like a bathrobe with the print of the coat on the fabric. I tried to return it and i keep getting an AI generated email asking for the order number (I have provided a screenshot of the order confirmation that they sent me!)
