THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. The only reason I left 1 star and not a 0 is because my items were delivered. HOWEVER I been trying to return them. I emailed & Ai answers me & the answer has nothing to do with my question. The customer service number with the contact name MICHELLE IS FAKE. I contacted my bank & hopefully I can get my $240 back. Total scam! Its fake. they take your money and dont send your item. I order a jacket for over $100 3 months ago. first they sent email that its delay and sorry. then they sent a message said your item is destroyed. Below its the cotosen help service message. Order ID: 30885250928402 Please be informed that the item was destroyed by customs due to it being unclaimed or exceeding the collection period. Unfortunately, this falls outside our responsibility, as the item was not collected in time. Awful company ordered 2 items were nothing like described fakes tried to contact to return had nothing back done a charge back with bank which they contested stating I could return the items which I have tried to arrange but can get no contact back from them I would avoid this company at all costs cheap tacky items fake and not worth the hassle £92 worse off now and stuck with items that are going in the bin thanks to these lot (reply to Cotosen) do not send me links stating you will help when you don’t even return emails or refund requests as Iv seen on here how many customers you have conned out of hard earned money you are a bunch of corrupt fakes and need closed down hopefully soon as what you do to customers is shocking and you should not be aloud to sell at all

Cotosen is an illegal & fake Carhart company, they will not give you your money back, don't waste your time taking pictures and your money mailing it to Michelle at Santa Fe Springs cause they will just refuse it anyways . "Beware" PayPay will side with them for $ome reason too and not refund your money either. Bad PayPal, lost me as customer over 100+ bucks! Just dispute it on your credit card! In closing, buy from Amazon cause its free to drop this kinda crap at whole foods for a full refund. Ebay would always corrected these things too.

Easy to look and make an order however I am disappointed in the lack of option to select a faster delivery. I would not have minded paying a little more for faster service of which you charged $31.00. This should be the price of express shipment but you only offer standard for that price. I am disappointed that I will get these items until after Christmas.
