Horrible quality..when asked for return info they kept sending same response they needed order number pictures etc..which had already been sent multiple times. Finally gave me an address to send back.. another 13.50 spent in shipping and UPS called me 2 days later saying that address didn't exsist.. im donating jacket to homeless guy I see in neighborhood.. don't ever order anything from Cotosen.. its all junk with no return options. Scam company all the way!

I canceled an order a few hours after placing it, but my car was charged two days later. The order still shows in process on the tracking page. I sent two emails to customer service prior to the charge and another today. The published phone number that I dug on the internet to find and appears in responses on this site does not work. I need a customer service response - I can then provide a review revision based on that.

SCAM - do not buy anything from this company. The item received is not what I ordered. If I want to return, I have to pay the return postage and they say a discount was applied to the order so I don’t get a full refund. Very poor customer service service.

I wish I could rate them zero stars! Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered a Jacket, Boots, a T-shirt and a hoodie in October that never arrived. There tracking software is terrible and continued to show in transit for over a month with no signs of movement. I emailed the service line at least a dozen times and got the same automated response sending me back to the tracking site. Once I started demanding to speak to someone, they sent me a different tracking detail stating my order was delivered to an address 3000 miles away from me and said I needed to file a theft claim with my local post office. Ridiculous as they must of labeled it incorrectly, so I asked them to refund my purchase. They refused and said if I received it then the only was to refund me was to return it. I almost had an aneurysm from the frustration of getting such a run around, I decided to just go to my credit card app and find the purchase to dispute it. I submitted the dispute and my credit card company almost instantly approved a full refund. I am assuming they will be reversing payment to this pathetic company so in the end it all worked out. Learn from my mistake and don't waste your time buying anything from these losers!

I ordered a coat from this business and waited for shipping. When it arrived it was not the coat I ordered and an entirely different coat which I did not order.
Upon complaining to the company I was given option of keeping the coat I had received and 50 percent refund.
When I asked for a full refund as the company had taken my money for a coat which they inform was not available (but was advertised) the reply was to send the coat I did not order back and pay shipping costs myself!
Shocking service needless to say the dispute goes on.

The website is easy to use and my order was delivered in a timely fashion, but unfortunately there is an ink stain on the shoulder of the jacket. I ordered the jacket on November 17, 2025 and I am fully aware of this company’s 30 day return policy; however, as of today, December 11, 2025, it is now three days of having an extremely frustrating and unsuccessful experience submitting an email explaining the issue due to a message that immediately bounces back saying “verification code failed.” I clicked for a new code numerous times only to repeatedly get this message. I used both my iPad and my iPhone and also switched from Safari to Chrome, all to no avail. I called the number in Hong Kong but the connection very poor and not in English. I am at my wits end. That is why I am here trying to use this venue to receive communication.
