This Company is based in China and does not respond to support email. They have no address or contact information. Courpal.com sold me a product, a carpet rake, and did not put sufficient postage so I never received the item. They will not respond to my requests for a refund.
VERY easy to assemble, literally took only a couple of minutes! Sturdy and well-made. I will recommend it to my friends!
