I have been a CPI customer for the past 30 yrs. I'm not sure what's going on with this company but I feel they are starting to nickle and dime for every service. Initially in the past I paid $5.00 a month extra for maintenance/ service fee. Not sure when that disappeared, but now service fees are about $60.00. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford it. I am a loyal customer in good standing, seems like they should wave this fee. They placed my 2nd floor smoke detector in a very precarious place above my stairs. If I attempt to change myself I could break my neck or something untoward. CPI have a heart and look out for your customers who have looked out for you!!!!

Jack Shine was extremely responsive and helpful to get repair appointments booked, as well as clearly explaining the cost of extending our security system. It was a pleasure to work with him. To be clear, this is a compliment to Jack, not at all to CPI. We are based in atlanta, and despite claiming they cover this area, they DO NOT. You will not get serviced properly or urgently at all. If they say they will show up within an 5 hour window, they will either cancel on you or move the window day of. Don’t waste your time like I have. Until they actually extend their team beyond Charlotte and nearby areas, I highly do not recommend working with this company. You’ll pay the same price for horrible service.

This is to commend Ms. Solange with whom I spoke on the phone. After speaking within 24 hours with three other representatives who did their best to help me with persistent noise issues and the problems I was having with the system - Solange was able to provide me with the key information with which to completely solve the problem. She went above and beyond, by staying on the phone with me 30 minutes to resolve the technical problems of my system. Whoever the supervisor was that assisted her, kudos to them as well. Solange even emailed a photo of what part of the system I needed to attend to, to resolve the issue. I cannot thank her enough. She truly went above and beyond to help - clearly she wanted to help. I also thank Mercedes the Supervisor who took the time to speak with me on the phone - your time is appreciated!

I just replied to an automated CPI survey that I received and unfortunately I misspelled the Cutomer service reps name. I entered Vey and it is ZAY! ZAY was exceptional!! I was extremely disappointed that I couldn't have additional cameras added to my service. I live alone and would feel safer to have a doorbell camera and a camera facing my driveway.

The young man, Nigel Watson was very professional and helpful. I was having problems with my cameras and I was going to put in a service request but he helped me remotely. I have never had this kind of experience before with the previous security company. Because of the lack of professionalism with the company I decided to leave once my contract was up.

My experience with technician was great. It's trying to call. You get a message on how busy they are and they will call you back. They won't they send you a message wanting you to text or email. Getting fed up with cpi

Antwan is very helpful and attentive. I called in about a low battery warning. I explained that I'd lost one keyfob and just received the replacement. It took a while to verify the whether there are three keyfobs instead of two but after figuring that out, he sent me a replacement battery and a video. He is a great.
