Ellis did an amazing job helping me today. He went above and beyond as an agent, more than any other agent that I spoke with today have done. Even though I was out of town and he called me back at the exact time I was gonna be at my place, which made the process so much easier. He’s an awesome employee and you are lucky to have him.

Their customer service and billing department are among the worst of the worst. I tried to cancel service in August 2025. They continued billing my account thru Jan 2026 and who knows maybe February as well. After numerous calls and chats with their customer service I finally went to the BBB. Hopefully the charges will stop and they will refund my account for months of erroneous charges. Too many choices available now that are cheaper and have better customer service. Buyer beware!!!!

Nigel was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was one of my best customer service experience with a service provider. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He also has a great sense of humor and kept the experience fun. He was able to help me solve whatever was happening with my alarms/sensors which was great because they were not working properly.
