Great Price
So happy I could find a word in the font I wanted online. I can't find one anywhere locally or from the main craft stores.

What people say
I had a bunch of corks that I wanted to…
I had a bunch of corks that I wanted to use to make a cork design of our ranch brand and initials. Craft cuts had a great YouTube video and designed the letters for us along with the hanging methods. Quality product, helpful sales per son for the rocking H brand.
Always amazing products
Always amazing products. The re-stik stencils are ALWAYS exactly what I requested
CraftCuts is the greatest
CraftCuts is the greatest. I needed a round, 38" circular plywood disk with a center hole of 25" and cut in half. This was to place around the base of my observatory telescope. CraftCuts gave me exactly what I ordered and it works perfectly.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I spoke with a rep from the company before placing the order. I expressed concern about needing a product shipped to me by a certain date. The rep calculated a timeframe for production, shipping and delivery that I agreed to, then the item was not delivered according to the timeline that the rep communicated. I would have paid a rush fee if I thought that the timeline was not feasible. I requested a refund and a different company rep was not willing to accept responsibility for the miscommunication on their company's end. I needed the product that I ordered, delivered by a certain date. The order arrived too late. I'll never patronize Craft Cuts again, and I would advise that you pay a rush fee if you do, because they dropped the ball on my delivery.
AMAZING!!
LOVEEEE how our name cut out turned out!!! I had no idea what size to order for my nursery so we emailed support. They made us a mockup of exactly what size would look great on our wall and made it to scale so we could see it before it was made. Once we got that all squared away and ordered there was a super quick turnaround between ordering and receiving which is always the best. Would definitely order from them again. Loved it so much!
