It is getting better everyday and more and more options. Easy to make videos and love creating explainer videos with avatars (I use my own created avatars). Keeps getting better, easier and more customizable.
Great Chat Experience
I would like to express my appreciation for how attentive the chat representative was when assisting me with an issue I encountered. She provided clear, detailed information and was very informative about what I was experiencing. Keep up the great work!

It looks like I'm getting better at using the features that Creatify has to offer. The ability to create an avatar in most any environment that you can think of in Assets Generator is truly amazing. Keep up the good work Creatify!

They took money from my account without consent. I talked with customer service 10 mins after the “purchase” they still don’t refund. Terrible service! Unethical business practices! Do not use this app!
Disappointing solution
Some functionalities are too limited and not explained correctly in the UI leading me to book a $200 plan for nothing. Got suggested to use another tool that's actually not working as well. Customer service team not agreeing for refunds. Highly disappointing.
A "Newbie's" Great Experience with CREATIFY
With so many companies popping up offering tools for AI-generated content, it is very comforting to know that CREATIFY not only responds quickly but is also extremely efficient in addressing any issues. As a newbie to this new and exciting world, I needed assistance in several areas, and that's exactly what I received: great service and support. To the team at CREATIFY, thank you! I look forward to working with you in the future. Sincerely GW Robinson, GRVoices, VoiceDemoPro

Automate creative posts/ads generation
I was amazed at how easy generating creative design for my social media is. I just gave Creatify a url of my service, it the reused the texts and images to create a brand new narratives and designs. I would not go back the old way of doing things.

Super realistic avatars look and sound real
The accuracy of the avatars along with the emotion tags make them look and sound real. We can now A/B test lots of videos quickly to find out what works in our marketing - different scripts, different avatars , different video backgrounds!

Refund Promised Then Denied
“Misleading advertising and poor customer service. Promised a refund, closed the ticket before issuing it, then billed me again. Had to chase them for basic support. Very disappointing.”
Easy to use
Easy to use. I create stills with Nano Banana and uses Aurora Avatar to animate it. Works well. I am looking forward to see it get better.
