I've had nothing but problems with Creatify since signing up. Here's what I experienced: Avatar Generation Failure: My avatars have been stuck "in queue" for over 18 hours (and counting) after simply using the "change outfit" feature. Despite support claiming the issue was "resolved," the avatars still won't generate. I've been asked to recreate them multiple times with no success. Broken Support Resources: The chatbot provided links to help articles that don't even exist - literally getting "Uh oh. That page doesn't exist" errors. How can customers self-serve when your documentation is broken? Payment/Upgrade Issues: Before this avatar problem, my plan didn't upgrade to Pro after payment. I had to go through customer support just to get what I paid for. Inappropriate Sales Tactics: While dealing with these critical issues that prevented me from using the platform at all, support asked me to leave 5-star reviews on G2, Trustpilot, and Facebook in exchange for credits. This happened while my product literally wasn't working. Poor Communication: Support keeps saying they're "working with the team" but there's no real resolution. Just endless waiting and being told to try again. I haven't been able to actually use the platform I paid for. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Great efficient application to create professional videos. We used it for our company ads and it was like an Expert Graphic Designer created the video along with all the content. Everything was auto-generated. We just had to sit and watch it done super quick. I thank them for creating such a helpful application.
If you can't make content everyday with real people you sholud take this software because is very good. Is easy to use too.

Creatify is a quick and easy way to generate AI video using prompts. I'm using it to create scenes for a dramatic series targeted for premium cable, so I'm using traditional film techniques of master shot, with coverage from different angles. I upload stills of characters I've already created in other programs, such as Artistly, VideoExpressAI, Grok, Firefly, etc., and use Creatify.ai to create a video with sync sound. So far, it's working great!

I’ve never used AI for anything like this creative. I think it’s an awesome idea and I am a real estate photographer and I love adding Schumer into content so I think something like this is perfect.
The video edit tool, speeding up footage creates frames bugging out frames glitching. I could not adjust the speed of each footage without getting a spasm jittering frames. It is very inefficient as I had to keep on refreshing the page. It was supposed to be a drag and drop, click and adjust, but it's making me so frustrated now. The scenes need to be rework as I find it too confusing to sort out. Why not just let us drag and drop while cut in the timeline and not restrict each footage playout? It is so constraint to the script of each scene layer now because all I wanted is to make all the cuts in the time line and just lay over the caption and Ai voice over on top of it. That is basically it.
They are not answering emails. The software is good, but not great. Tried HeyGen instead and it is way better quality.
