Clerk exemplary. Unfair business practice because of no fault on my part.

Clerk l spoke with was the most patient person l have ever encountered concerning such an important matter. What l did not appreciate was being charged $257.00 for a discrepancy action l did not initiate. Because my credit card management is exemplary Capitol One offered me a Savor Credit Card stating my credit rating would not be affected, Then l was sent an alert that a Hard Inquiry occurred. Because of the statement made in the offer concerning “no affect” on credit and a Hard Inquiry occurring, I had to pay $257.00 to have the 2 Hard Inquiries removed. Unfairness because of aforementioned.

Was sold a $99 deal to dispute wrong…

Was sold a $99 deal to dispute wrong information on credit report. The wrong info had nothing to do with me not being able to unfreeze my report. Finally got letters from Experian saying someone was trying to dispute my info that wasn’t me so they denied it. Then I find out from you that you couldn’t change it after telling me 4 to 5 days to repair it and then told it was 21 days and then finding out you couldn’t do it at all. I sure hope I’m getting my money back. A signing in glitch was the entire problem I finally figured out myself after I couldn’t talk to a real person at Experian for three weeks, which wasn’t your problem . Very frustrated with the situation compounded by me paying $89.99 for absolutely nothing.

The representative was patient, he listened and was was so very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did. I was very impressed and pleased with the results of a very bad situation. I was spammed by someone pretending to be an Experian fraud credit person.

Wish I could give no stars

Wish I could give no stars, this company takes advantage of people who are struggling and that are in a panic. Hopefully you aren’t in the middle of identity theft like I was because they will do nothing but take your money and do nothing with it. The initial charge is $578 plus an additional $99 a month. 5 months in and I see no results. This company is a scam. Save yourself the trouble and get help elsewhere.

My experience with the customer service representative was very informative. She got straight to the root of the problem and was very patient. From conversing with her I know this fraud situation will be fixed.I forgot her name but I know her name starts with the letter "L".This rep definitely exemplifies great representation of Credit Clerk. CHARGE DOUBLE THE AMOUNT AGREED

Credit clerk charge double when you split the payments and if there's a mistake made they are unable to adjust payment as they had already done the service you didn't request.

The gentleman was very detailed about my credit reports. However, uploading address document was discouraging due to the amount of times I had to upload. I also misheard the amount to process,$578. I found that to be expensive. I do not want to pay $99 a month for any updates. Otherwise, I was pleased with the information I received.

My credit has always been pretty bad…

My credit has always been pretty bad and I didn't fully understand why. Abi was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had and was able to help me sign up or the program which did help fix a lot of errors on my reports. I appreciate the time and effort he took to help me. The website it really easy to use, I was able to change my payment card and keep an eye on my reports. There are also lots of useful tools they have available to help you build up your credit. Thank you!
