I called them for help and got a nightmare

I called them. They were supposed to help me with getting into my locked account with Experian. They ended up charging me $99.00 for a phone number and a contract that I did not want . I cancelled their service. The next day my bank card was used for a purchase from Home Depot in NY. I live in OH. I had to report fraud to my bank and get a new card issued. It had to be one of their employees. No one else had my card information and the CVV#. Steer clear of these frauds!

I have been in a very strange situation. I am weeks away from a small business loan and I am 2 points under the cut off ! 2 points ! Credit Clerk was beyond helpful, they sorted me out and clearly explained the disputes and steps that I can take to better improve and work on raising my score. I know that nothing comes easy, and results may take time, but I could not be in better hands. Leona helped me so impeccably and was the most accommodating and wonderful person I have experienced in Customer Service for some time. LIES AND SCAMS

I was told by the representative that my credit scores needed very little help to get wherebI needed to be to buy a home for me and my 3 teens. I noticed my scores started going down, and kept going down and the only advice they could off was to "keep with the program" my 3 teens and I will be facing homelessness in 10 days. This was not only a waste of time, recourses and energy, but also devastating for my children.

Scam company do not I repeat do not use this company they are liars and will try to rip you off. They say one thing in the conversation when trying to sign you up for their program while the whole time they are charging your account without your permission. If you wanna be scammed than use there company.

I can't seem to find the ppl who say…

I can't seem to find the ppl who say they cleared up there credit score on the reviews. Did anyone get things taken care of?. I was promised 3 payment and they just took a 4 th payment . I will be cancelling my card so they can't charge me anymore cuz I have not seen anything being done. It's going on 4 months and things still the same. . Everytime I talk to them they won't give me any info . Same old info , they still processing to get it cleared up .
