My experience brought things to my attention that I was not aware of, all because I found an inquiry on my credit report, that I did not request. I am happy to have the chance to file disputes where recommended and will be happier once the disputes have been completed.
Nadia was WONDERFUL in helping me unfreeze and refreeze my credit. I presently have a CitiBank Master Card, and my local bank PNC is offering their card. In order to apply for it, I need to unfreeze my credit (land then reinstate the freeze). I am remiss to mail payments these days, so, having a local credit card makes sense. I can go to PNC and pay, rather than mailing a check. Nadia spent a long time walking me through the process, and was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She put me at ease. I give her a GOLD STAR!

Tashane was great to work with she was polite and patient while providing the information I needed to correct the issue I was having with a credit hold I was having while trying to open an account with a major department store. I am not tech savvy but she guided me through the process on my cell phone to correct the credit hold, I really appreciate the help she provided she was amazing ! 👏 👏

Thought I was calling experian credit bureau to update personal information, instead it was the company credit clerk. She said she could help me make the changes. She charged me $178 to resolved the issues, but would have to wait until the payment cleared. Eventually I got the matter taken care of from an authorized agent with Experian. Disputing charge

I was charged $800 for this company to dispute my negative report into set my credit score numbers back to where they were in the meantime as they were investigating the dispute with the people who filed the credit report. My numbers never went back to where they were and when I called and tried to explain to them that I no longer wanted the service… This is only after 10 days… And that I had already increased my credit scores without any help from them. I asked for a refund or partial refund because they did not do what they were supposed to do, a.k.a. instantly keep my scores where they were while they investigate., they did not refund anything because of according to my “contract“. They are a crappy company they do not work with you. They may help build your credit back over some months but not instantly like they said they would. I would suggest working with the company that reported you rather than going to these people. It’s a waste of time and money.
