The representative made my experience the most memorable and meaningful time together and her name is Leona! She listened to me, heard my words and answered my questions as they come up. Leona is quite knowledgeable in her field and has a soft demeanor when presenting information. Sometimes the information wasn’t good to hear, and yet it didn’t come across as bad news in her presentation. Very much appreciated her! Would hope your other staff members are equally helpful and if not, having Leona’s technique watched and written down would benefit the company. Write what you do, do what you write.
