THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
This company has the absolute worst and most inept customer service I've ever dealt with. I logged in and am immediately charged a membership fee for a membership I didnt even want. And not only that but I was charged the 9.99 fee twice in a matter of minutes. I contact customer service and get the most never ending chain of unintelligent and maybe AI response to a simple refund request. Just explaining the same policy in different ways for a vert simple refund. And I still have not received the refund or even spoke to an actual person. This company deserves no stars or negative stars. Absolutely horrible company and they have an exceptionally stupid customer service team
