From day one, the promises sounded great—quick results, “guaranteed” improvements—but the delivery was disappointing. Communication was slow and inconsistent, I kept repeating the same information, and I never saw clear evidence of meaningful work being done. Weeks went by with vague updates and shifting timelines. When I asked for specifics or a breakdown of actions, I got canned responses. Billing felt confusing, and canceling was harder than it should be. In my experience, I paid for expectations, not results. Save your time and money—look for a transparent provider that offers clear plans, realistic timelines, and accountable support. Horrible Horrible experience, initially I called to pay a debt, which was only 201. First rep was very nice informed that if I start a subscription with the service my debt should be disputed within 30 days. It’s been 60+ days my debt is still on my credit when I called to inquire about refunds I was informed there are no refunds although I was never informed of that. As well as I would need to wait 90 days in order for any actions on their behalf to take place. For a simple 201 debt, I’ve already spent 320 with credit sage when I could have just paid the credit like I intended initially. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also Rodrigo was a horrible representative to speak with!

I FEEL LIKE I ALLOWED MYSELF TO BE SCAMMED. The agent played on my worry and stress about a report to the credit bureau. I gave her permission to charge my debit card for $1.00 for a credit report. She also charged my card $699.00 TWICE (!) WITHOUT MY VERBAL PERMISSION and argued that I gave her permission when I said the ONE DOLLAR WAS OKAY for the credit report.

Complete waste of time and money
Complete waste of time and money. I stuck with Credit Sage for 9 months, paid every single month, and saw absolutely nothing change. Not “slow progress”—literally nothing. They make it sound like you’re going to see results if you just stay consistent, but a almost a year later, I’m in the exact same position I started in. The updates are vague, the communication is unhelpful, and it feels like you’re just being strung along month after month. At some point you realize you’re just throwing money away and hoping for a different outcome. That’s on me for sticking around as long as I did—but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
