What made my experience GREAT? SHANAE! I was very apprehensive about calling to dispute a charge that I or the reporting medical entity did not recognition or had a record of however your represents SHANAE was very professional, able to provide me with options and made certain I understood the rules of engagement and the flow going forward. She provided me with the expectation as well as the possible outcome with concise and understandable wording no matter how many times she had to repeat do that I could comprehend. She is an asset to CBA/ Credit Wellness and this is coming from someone who has over 50 years experience in the customer service business.
