This can occasionally happen with certain DNA samples when the analysis is inconclusive. We understand how much this report means to you, and while it’s inconclusive for now, we plan to update our system in the future. Once the system allows, we can attempt to generate your timeline. Regarding Raw Data download/upload, we currently do not offer this feature to ensure your DNA information remains private and secure. Many third-party websites accepting raw DNA data may use it for data mining or share it with pharmaceutical companies without explicit consent — something we are committed to protecting our customers from. That said, providing Raw Data access is one of our future goals. We are working on establishing a secure connection to a reliable DNA database, and once available, we would be happy to notify you.
