Sucks. Had to cancel ncl told me I would get 100% refund now and cruise bound is saying something else. Completely unacceptable. Won’t be back. Think you could help a person out that’s starting a new job and wanted to go still but no help.

I booked multiple cruises with cruise bound at excellent prices and even guaranteed refunds. When I needed to cancel them due to a tragic accidental death in my family, cruisebound stepped up and helped us, even working with Royal Caribbean to refund the deposits though it was a few days after the full refund date. They were very compassionate about the death of my almost 7 month old great granddaughter. I highly recommend booking cruises with them.

We were able to schedule a last moment cruise and finance it through Upgrade. Now we can pay it off after the cruise. This freed up our household budget. The process was simple, fast and straightforward. The pricing for our cruise was a few dollars less than what the cruise line offered.
