Do not use Cruisebound if you're…
Do not use Cruisebound if you're expecting a travel agency that monitors prices and notifies you of any drops. They simply book your cruise and only advocate for you if you reach out first. ended up missing a $1,700 price drop because no one contacted me within the adjustment window. If you're going to track prices yourself anyway, you're better off booking directly through the cruise line. Their service is more responsive, and you'll have a better chance of securing any price adjustments in time.

Cost increase after purchase
You advertised a cruise last weekend with a low price compared to the Royal Caribbean website price, and we purchased a booking for two rooms. We confirmed the reservation and paid the $3200 cost in full. Within a few minutes, I received a confirmation e-mail from Cruisebound for one of the two rooms. About a half hour later, I received a phone call from a Cruisebound agent who told me the price on my second room had increased by more than $400. I was told that Cruisebound had no control over the increase. This is representative of bait-and-switch at best, and false advertising at worst. Cruisebound sold the booking; Cruisebound is responsible for the locked-in cost. I have learned my lesson, and will never again book a cruise through a third-party entity. I did receive e-mail confirmation of cancellation, and await full refund.

Easy booking. But would be helpful to see all available rooms on one page and select from there with prices attached. Had to keep going back and forth to find a room on a certain floor.

I am wheelchair dependent. Two separate occasions the day after I booked our first ever cruise I called cruise bound for assistance. I spoke to two different agents (I caught the name of one, Cait) both times the agent was kind and patient with everything as well as extremely knowledgeable.

Their website made comparing cruise lines and cabins straightforward, the pricing was clearly explained, and the customer support team answered my questions promptly and with real knowledge. 7-Day Cruise (Summer Vacation)
We searched this cruise on several sites. Other sites had hidden fees, full fares for 3rd and 4th passenger and little to no onboard credits. Cruisebound had better base rates, no hidden fees, discounts for 3rd and 4th passenger, and higher onboard credits. The site was also very easy to navigate. Would have liked a little more flexibility on actual room selections, but that was on every site.

We love this website to book cruises because it's easy to navigate & they have the best prices I've found on the internet, even usually beat the actual cruise lines themselves. You, also, earn cash back to put towards future cruising when you use their website. We just got back from a cruise three weeks ago & have already booked another for March 2026. My favorite new website for cruising!
