I ordered pajamas in November 2025 with a rush order as a gift for my wife. They never arrived. They claim it was an incorrect address; however, it's the same office address I've had for 10 years and receive packages daily. They opened an investigation and kept saying when they receive the package back, they will send again. That never happened. Now they won't even respond on our email thread. THIS COMPANY EITHER A SCAM OR HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! BUYER BEWARE.

This is a follow up review. I raised it from one star to two. After about a 5 month fiasco, they finally refunded me. They finally were honest enough to admit that all they have to use for a nose is a tiny hard plastic nose like what you’d see on a teddy bear that’s smaller than a quarter. That of course going to be very disproportionate to a large dog breed like a golden retriever. I’d asked them two or three times if they could fix it and they’d said they could adjust everything I requested. But once they finally admitted they couldn’t fix that and I pointed out I’d asked repeatedly - they finally returned my money. But now I’m heartbroken that I was given false hope for so many months.

This is the first time using this company although I have wanted to get my clone of "Sheila" since she went over the rainbow about 5 months ago. I have interacted with the reps at Cuddle Clones on getting more pictures with different angles. Once I asked if I could send another picture. And once they actually reached out to me for a "belly shot". Details, they really strive to make their creations as lifelike and look as real as your memories. I am trying to wait patiently for my 8 weeks to go by until I can hug her again. I will write again when I see the finished product.

I had a cuddle clone made a few years ago now, they are remarkable. Artists are so clever, standard and quality are second to none. Customer service and after care are excellent. My cuddle clone brings me happiness its like having my precious little dog back once more. Highly recommended.

I love my cuddle clone looks just like my Tippy! I miss her so much. I keep her in the spot in my room, where she used to lie by my bed and it’s like she’s still here with me. I love it so much.

Quick to respond to my email regarding making some changes to my order. Adrianne, the customer service agent who assisted me was very sympathetic and helpful to addressing any questions and concerns I had. I am very excited to get the plush I ordered for my daughter. Muffin, her beloved dog was supposed to be a part of her wedding, happening this month. Sadly, we lost her unexpectedly due to cancer and my daughter is devastated. She was going to put a picture of Muffin on a table so she can be present for the wedding. Im hoping to get this plush on or before the big day so in a way, she will have something tangible to hold on to, not just memories of Muffin. I know this will be a meaningful surprise for her.

I first stumbled across these lovely creations a few days after our young boy died suddenly from cancer. My husband was heartbroken so I was trying to find some sort of keepsake. I'm so happy I found cuddle clones! At first I wasn't so sure with the steep price, but I decided to go ahead and I'm so happy I did! The customer service to get my stuffed animal to look just right was phenomenal!! I must have sent over 20 messages to make sure they got every little spot! Ty so much again!!

I purchased a product for Christmas gift that was left at our home accidentally after Christmas, and the receiver was 5 hours away. So she tried it on for the first time 2/21/26, which was outside of their return window HOWEVER, upon putting the sleep pants on, the product ripped at the cross-section of seams in the "PRIVATE" area. THIS IS PROOF OF A POOR PRODUCT TO BEGIN WITH and they are NOT standing behind their product that hasn't even been worn.

That’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have, especially with a gift. In this case, the challenge is the timeframe. Our policies are based on the original delivery date rather than the first time the item is worn. Because the order was delivered in December and the concern was reported in late February, it does fall outside of our return and replacement window. While we understand that gifts aren’t always opened or worn right away, we do have to apply our timeframe guidelines consistently. That said, we truly value this feedback and will share it with our product team, as durability is extremely important to us. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I have not received my order yet (I only ordered yesterday), but I had to contact costumer service after I placed my order because I did not see how/where to add on the weighted option. I had a reply from Customer service within minutes and they were able to add it to my order seamlessly. Cannot wait to receive my order.
