When my stuffy clone arrived, I was in awe, excited, and amazed with how identical it is to my now deceased pup. I will treasure this stuffy for the rest of my life and I absolutely love it so much!

I have purchased three cuddle clones over the past three years. I have contacted their customer service with questions and changes several times on two different orders. They have been great. They answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. They have been patient and kind every time. I have purchased these clones for my children as grief gifts. They have helped to ease the grief process and provide my children with tangible, cuddly memorials. The clones have been so life like that they fool our other pets. I wouldn’t buy a clone from any other company.

Cuddle Clones creators needed more information and specific photos to make the perfect plush replica of my daughter's dog. Marvin allowed me to make changes to my original order request (the pose of the pet), and he made the whole process easy and pleasant.

I just had the best experience ever with this company. I know it seems a little bit bold to come in with a statement like this, but these people helped me a lot. They were so nice and thoughtfull. Also the product was really nice. It looks exactly like my dog and the wuality is stunning.

Absolutely Disrespectful and Heartbreaking Experience
I ordered a Cuddle Clone to honor my beloved cat, Ernestine, who passed away. I provided extensive detail, including around 15 photos and very specific, unmistakable identifying traits. What I received was not just inaccurate — it was deeply disrespectful to her memory.
Here are the most basic details they ignored:
Ernestine was polydactyl — she had six toes on each foot. Completely missed.
She had a permanently flapped ear from a past hematoma injury. This was clearly described and visible in photos. Ignored.
She frequently had her tongue sticking out when relaxed — again, visible in many photos. Ignored.
Her coat color is completely wrong.
What they created looks nothing like my cat. Nothing I sent — photos, descriptions, notes — is reflected in the final product. When you’re trusting a company with something this emotional, this personal, the expectation is care and attention. What I received felt rushed, careless, and frankly insulting.
I emailed them immediately expressing how upset I was and requesting a refund and cancellation. Days later, I still haven’t received a response.
This wasn’t just a bad purchase — it was a heartbreaking experience during a time of grief. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company, especially if you’re ordering a memorial piece for a pet you loved.

I have purchased several items from Cuddle Clones, including a stuffed version of my Rusty who crossed the Rainbow Bridge. One of the photos on the last item I purchased did not look like the dog because the beard was missing, but their support team saw the issue and made it right by helping me select a good photo, and they are re-making the item.
