Great experience so far!
I’ve had a really great experience with Cultural Care so far. The team has been super friendly, supportive and always helpful whenever I had questions.
I feel well prepared and excited for my au pair year. I’ll be leaving for San Francisco at the end of July and I’m really looking forward to this adventure! 🌎✈️✨

Organized and good company
Organized. Easy. Reliable. Good local support. Way better than EurAupair which doesn’t even follow basic government compliance and falsifies documents. Very happy with the service from Culture Care. They do need to get more competitive with their flights into airports because all other agencies fly into my area for no fee but Culture Care does nickel and dime you a bit more than others. Their program fees are comparable with everyone else.

Insurance and Support from Cultural Care
My experience with Cultural Care was Perfect! I was always supported and was in close contact with my LCC. The thing with the health insurance or insurance worked more than great. I think I was the perfect example of not being left with the doctor's bills! Everything was taken over except the medication but the rest was a complete success. Also in my rematch time the contact with Cultural Care was more than given. I can recommend it to everyone to go to Cultural Care and can take the worry before the insurance or support.

Trust in Cultural Care for your exchange
Cultural Care has been the best decision I've made. At first, I chose them with many doubts, but they have proven to be nothing but helpful and understanding.
The staff is amazing, they are nice and always prepared to answer any questions that may arise during the process of becoming an au pair.
