I’ve had a really great experience with Cultural Care so far. From day one, everyone has been incredibly supportive and always willing to answer my questions and guide me through every step of the process. My application moved very quickly, and I always felt like I knew what to do next. The platform is very easy to use, well organized, and has everything you need in one place. I also really liked that you can not only receive messages from host families, but also search for families yourself and reach out to the ones you think are a good match. Moving to another country is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming, and having a strong support system makes all the difference. Throughout my journey, I’ve genuinely felt that Cultural Care prioritizes the well-being and safety of its au pairs. My LCC has been amazing. She is always responsive, checks in regularly, and makes sure we’re doing well—not just as au pairs, but as people. I’ve never felt like I couldn’t reach out if I needed help. Knowing that there’s someone local who genuinely cares about your experience gives you so much peace of mind. During a recent challenge with my host family, I also worked closely with Tammy from Cultural Care’s support team. She listened without judgment, took the time to understand my perspective, and guided me through the entire process. She wasn’t just there to offer emotional support—she also gave me practical advice and helped me navigate a difficult situation with confidence. Even after things were resolved, she continued checking in to make sure I was okay, which meant a lot to me. One thing I appreciate most about Cultural Care is that they never make you feel unheard. Whenever an au pair needs support, they respond with care, empathy, and professionalism. Being so far away from home can be scary at times, but knowing there’s always someone you can call makes a huge difference.
