In March 2005 we expanded our button manufacturing capabilities and relocated to Phoenix, AZ. In 2008 we became a nationally certified women business enterprise (WBE). Our legendary customer service approach helps you save time and money, allowing you to purchase directly from the manufacturer. All button parts are genuine quality made in the U.S.A. and only state-of-the-art electric button machinery is used to produce custom 2 piece, mylar topped pinback buttons. I had a asked for a quote
I had a asked for a quote, it was very quick. I had then asked for a second quote with the new customer 15% discount. When I didn't get a response, I sent a follow up email about a week later requesting the discounted quote. The rep said that hey HAD responded on a certain date. I looked back at my emails....there was no such response. I would rather someone say they forgot, were busy, etc. not send a short, curt and untruthful answer. In the end, however, the product was awesome. UPDATE: Received an answer from the president of Custombuttons.com saying they did respond to my second request promptly. They are mistaken. I DO NOT have an email from them on Aug 27th (until I asked for the quote a second time). I followed up with them on August 27th. To be polite I wrote: "My apologies, I didn’t see your response. I’ll be putting in my order shortly" I'm not interested in going tit-for-tat on this.

I promptly responded to ALL your emails and I reviewed the email correspondence that my staff promptly sent back to you on 8/27/19 containing the coupon code TAKE15. (You had originally engaged in our chat on our website at 8:33 am inquiring about the code and we replied at 8:50 am with the coupon code). I am happy that you were pleased with the product. The art work was excellent and reasonable in cost. Delivery was quick.Buttons are high quality and people really love that they are magnetic and they don't need to put a pin through their clothes and perhaps through their chests. I recommend Loves Buttons, Inc. very highly.
