False advertisement
False advertisement. The product looked nothing like the picture. I gave it a pass, the first ornament, although it was a picture mounted on acrylic instead of a mini statue, looked good, good quality. When I received the second ornament, it was mounted on wood and the quality of the image was not good at all. The images I uploaded were of my sister's 2 cats, I wish they would have used the same artist to maintain some cohesiveness.

I like the product, but customer service is terrible. I ordered a couple of things and waited for confirmation on order for over 3 weeks. They took the money very fast but don’t give any updates. After 3 weeks I emailed customer service asking for an update or I was reporting this site as fraud. The next day I got an email stating order was being shipped. They should be emailing customers when order is being processed and expected ship date. Also, they reversed both images I sent in and messed up the lettering on the clothes. So it all looks backwards and terrible.
