The product is nice. I ordered on Dec 10th & paid $25 extra for expedited shipping. The website shows 3-5 days to create & 2-5 for expedited shipping. I did not receive this until Dec 31st. I emailed numerous times & recd back the reply to be patient. I should have had this on Christmas eve and that is being generous. If I pay for expedited I expect expedited. It took 14 days not including weekends or Christmas. I am thoroughly disappointed & feel that my $25 should have been returned. Not one email every offered anything other than I should be patient & they would contact the shipper.

Ordered the carecature bobble head ornaments, received a plastic 2 dimensional print which was very poor quality, complained to company whom asked for me to return the print which I did, I explained that I wanted a full refund of the item plus the return postage as this works out at £28, the company refused to pay for the postage after the item had been returned, be very careful if ordering they even offered me a partial refund to keep the very poor quality item.
Will never use again, I would have given no stars if possible.
CustomMan are now wanting me to contact them for an explanation, I have done multiple times with no Luck

Very poor quality. Recently purchased the dinosaur TREX backpack for my son for Christmas and it came not 3D or even anywhere close to what the website showed. And for the price I paid DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. it is a cheap website with poorly made items.
I emailed them and no response back about the refund or anything. SUCH A SCAM BUSINESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Falsely advertising products that are made from cheap tat and very inferior quality. Customman should be rebranded as ConMan. They tried offering me a small amount of refund and I said no. If you want cheap quality and terrible customer service, go ahead.
Received my item in about 12 different pieces. I had photos and videos of how my item was received. When I contacted customer support they refused to give me a refund. I attempted a PayPal dispute and was denied. I then requested just a replacement item, in which I received a surprise $13 refund for my $45 broken item instead. Such terrible customer service and horrible quality!

Completely false advertising. Material not even close to picture, digital printing instead of embroidery when embroidery is advertised. 2D pillow received when a 3D toy is shown. The product is basically a printed picture of an Ai image they created as a pillow.. don't waste your money!
