Frames were packed so well for shipping and absolutely beautiful! Wonderful frames for such a great price!! The acrylic came with double lined protectant film and love the non-glare option! Turned out amazing! Will definitely order again from here.
We ordered from Customer Picture Frames once and then ordered the same items in more quantities the second time. For our second order, we weren't notified of our order being canceled by the sender and only found out when we checked the status of the tracking number given to us. We didn't receive the frames in time. Disappointed.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our customer service team does reach out in regards to customers when we need to cancel an order. We also try to work with our customers to find a replacement, if possible, when, for example, a style is out of stock. I don't see that your order was canceled in the system but I also don't see any movement on the tracking.
