Shipment was quick but I would have preferred to pick up my ten frame order (I am close to their facility in New Jersey) to save the $62 shipping cost.
The frames are good quality and easy to work with. Hardware is adequate, but not exceptional.

Thanks for your feedback! We're working on adding an "in-store" pickup option to the website as a shipping option. But in the meantime, you can always contact customer service to arrange a pickup order so you won't have to pay the shipping cost in the future!
Poor quality for very high price. Definitely not worth the cost. Feels and looks cheap.

What an amazing company! From answering my questions with great patience and great attitude to the quality of the frame that showed up at my house....I honestly can't wait to get more frames from them. My frames are beautiful and display my items very nicely, beware though if you need exact inside dimensions measurements add a 1/4" to the id. Good company and they respond well to all emails and resolve issues very fast
When the local frame shop is too costly or too slow
Extremely fast service! Decent quality frames and mats at great prices. Good variety of options. More reasonable shipping rates than most other online custom framers. I've ordered frames/mats from custompictureframes.com several times and never been disappointed.
My most recent purchase -- which included double matting -- was created and shipped by the very next day. (Compare that with local frame shops, who also do a very good job but take between two weeks and two months to do it.)
I collect art and have used three different frame sources -- Amazon for small, absolutely standard size frames with no special matting needed, local shops for treasured works in large sizes, but from now on ONLY custompictureframes.com for true, accurate, fast custom work on nice non-standard sized works.
The website is easy - lots of instruction and the frame turned out perfect - and a better price than other sites I visited. Frame arrived in great shape, nicely packaged. Very happy with my purchase.
Awesome service! Easy to select the material, size and any upgrade options. Vry well-priced. Great packaging for delivering a 30" x 30" frame. Would easily visit this website for any future framing needs.
Through some confusion I received the wrong size. Annie was very understanding and suggested I donate the frame I got. She told me to expect a corrected replacement. I am very pleased with her prompt action to remedy the situation and would order again from them.

Our customer service team will be in touch to resolve this issue, but I just wanted to include information here as well in case someone experiences a similar challenge when ordering. From looking at your order and the information you provided above, the artwork size would've been 17.5 x 11 since that's the area you wanted to be visible. Then, when you choose your mat options, it will cut the mat to overlap the image and hide any of the areas you didn't want visible.
