I ordered the Wraptor Serpentine All Inclusive Kit for a SBC project. I had a question before I ordered; it was answered and clarified by a knowledgeable representative. a part I ordered was in stock..Not really, stay away.
a part I ordered was in stock... I asked if possible 2 weeks later I get an empty envelope. No way the parts could fit in it. I called no-one would answer the phone. I emailed no real answer. My buddy calls for me and got the sales line and patched me in. They tell me happens all the time the USPS prints new labels and sends empty envelopes. BS

We're sorry your shipment arrived as an empty envelope. We filed a claim with USPS on your behalf which was completed, found in our favor and you were subsequently refunded. We apologize that we did not have an overnight option for you as FedEx is our primary carrier and we do not have a daily expedited carrier.

Got my kit and the belt that they sent…
Got my kit and the belt that they sent was too short. Sent me another belt still too short. The fan on the alternator hit the mounting bracket and the tensioner wouldn't line up with the hole in the alternator. Not very pleased with this product.

The customer service has been top notch, couldn’t ask for better. Pulleys are great and of a high quality. The amount of CVF advertising that has been popping up in my Facebook feed and on YouTube since I visited the site is insane. A decal included with purchase would be a nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience.

The kit installed easily with quality parts and great fitment. Struggled slightly with the power steering reservoir is all due to limited cell service and basic instructions in the packaging.

I purchased the serpentine set up for my Chevrolet big block. Very nice quality went together very smooth, but there was a couple quirks that could’ve been taken care of prior to me purchasing it thing you guys need to ask a few more questions first and the power steering lines are really a pain in the ass to put together. I had to go get one made instead.
