I can confirm what the majority of other reviewers have said because my experience has been similar. The company is totally unresponsive. It's website says "We are unable to respond immediately due to a large number of inquiries. But we will definitely reply to you within 24 hours." That is a lie. They also claim to provide live chat and telephone support. Also a lie. They claim their boots are made in the USA but they ship out of China. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered motorbike boots. They were too small, did not at all match the image posted and totally unsuitable for a serious biker and would be quite unsafe. Having read reviews now my expectation of a refund is low

Dallader is a SCAM!! They have a particular motorcycle boot that I was interested in , and when it came to size selection the boot changed to a different type of shoe. I thought it might be just a glitch in loading and alerted them to the fact, and went ahead anyway as I thought it would work out. NO. It did'nt and Dallader are not interested in fixing it. They are not interested in assisting with a return policy,...it all looks good on paper but they don't follow through. They laughably offered me initially a $10.. refund, then a $5.00 refund then a $3.00 refund. They give the impression that they are an American company, but they are a Chinese set up. It shows in the email traffic back and forth. I've done my dough on these shoes. I have asked them very directly if they manufacture the boot I want in the size I want and they do not answer the question. I am all for supporting genuine manufacturers and their product, but these SCAMMERS need to be howled out of town.

When I had my card unlocked Dallander submitted a second request for payment without my knowledge or consent DON'T make a purchase from this company. I ordered 13.5 4e boots and was shipped 3 sizes too small. Dallander refused to work with me . Tried to bribe me with $3, $5, and $8 credit on $108 refund they refuse to compensate me for THEIR mistake and wanted me to pay for shipping back to them.$20 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They arrived TOO small to wear for 5 minutes. I tried to return them but you need to ship $75 shoes back at a cost over $100 to China. Customer is difficult to work with.

We ordered size 11 Wide and received 11 regular. I asked to exchange them for the correct size and was told I had to pay to return the incorrect size back to them and they would issue me a refund for the boots but not the shipping. They also say the boots are made and shipped from the USA, however, they came from China and I have to return them to China.
The boots looks like plastic, they have a ordor, the fit width is not true to size, the boot has nothing in the toe for protection,in my option it would be unsafe to ride with this particular boot.
after 10 weeks of occasional wear my footwear sole has virtually worn away. the shoes are comfy but not built to last. customer service took ages to contact and reply and then went on the 30 day route for refunds. I will be rejecting as not fit for purpose.

Scamers and liars trying to suck your money. They sent me the wrong normal shoe instead of wide ones which I cannot wear as it is too tight. I have very bad experiences with them about trying to return the wrong shoes. Later I realised that they are con men I am dealing with! Many lies and misrepresentations, plus shoes did not fit and were the wrong color.
The advertising claimed the shoes were Made in the USA and stated Free Returns. The shoes were shipped from China (Dallader still claimed they were made in the US), they arrived 10 days later than promised, were the wrong color & material, and did not fit. When I requested a return shipping label, they would not provide one and told me it would cost $20 to return them.
Luckily for me, I used PayPal and they are following through on getting me a refund.
