I always have a positive experience…
I always have a positive experience with Darwin Homes.Whenever something needs to be fixed, the maintenance team responds quickly and gets the job done. The staff always helpful, Professional, and willing to solve any problems or concerns I have I really appreciate how well they take care of the property and residents. I’m happy living here and would recommend it to others.

Prior to speaking Elaine P. my experience was horrible. I have been trying to get my ledger fixed for over two years and no one has been able to do so. I was given the runaround no one stayed in contact with me during this process. Every time I called the message or the ticket was to be expedited, but still no results. after speaking with Elaine, she was able to get it resolved within two months of speaking to her ,while also staying in contact with me through the whole process. She updated me on every step or a reaction that was being taken, and she even follow up with me after the issue was resolved.

Satisfied
Quick responses but a bit disappointed since I've been here for 3 years already, never once paid late, few maintenance requests, yet I had to send in new paperwork, bank statements to remove someone from the lease. Been renting for 40+ years and never had to have anyone on the lease until this property. But okay, they approved it and it's been signed. Otherwise, I really like this house and have no other issues.
