Limit orders on different sites

In helping myself & others, Brandon taught us a lot about limit orders on different sites. Thank you so much for your patience, Anne P.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Limit orders work differently enough across platforms that it's easy to get tripped up moving between them, so covering that ground properly saves a lot of confusion later. Good that Brandon took the time with the group instead of rushing past it. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

DEcentralized Masters Mentor

Working with my mentor Rodrigo was great, he was very helpful with my particular issues.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Particular issues usually need more than a generic script to work through, so good that Rodrigo could get into the specifics with you instead of just the standard playbook. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

In terms of professionalism

In terms of professionalism, expertise, teaching, and mentoring, my experience with Decentalized Masters has been exceptional. My mentor Jon Chavez has shown me great kindness, respect and patience, and has helped me understand concepts when I was not sure myself.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Kindness and respect don't always come standard with expertise, so it's good those held up alongside everything else with Jon. Getting help understanding a concept you weren't even sure how to ask about takes a different kind of attentiveness than just answering direct questions. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Jon Chavez and Jack Goldstein were so helpful today. DM is really working on some fantastic automation tools to assist members in tracking and managing their portfolios.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Good to know Jon and Jack were on top of things today. Portfolio tracking is one of those things people underestimate until they're managing more than a couple positions, so automation there should save a lot of manual headache down the line. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Information that is not available Anywhere Else

Information that is not available anywhere else. Interactions with other members that provides insight that can't be provided through a video. I've never even thought of some of the questions that were asked today, but were invaluable. Highly recommend Jon C's "Office Hours sessions,

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Other members' questions ending up more valuable than the material itself is one of those things you can't really plan for, it just happens when the right group gets together. Good that Jon's office hours are creating room for that instead of just being a one-way session. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

I wanted to give a shout out to Ayush

I wanted to give a shout out to Ayush, my mentor. He has been very patient and understanding. I started DM with most of my portfolio in digital currency and slowly learning the ropes. I have learned a tremendous amount of information from DM and I am hoping to be able to capitalize on this knowledge so that I grow my investment. Its a process and the DM family is very helpful!

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Starting out already holding most of your portfolio in digital currency puts more pressure on getting the learning curve right the first time, so it's good Ayush has been patient rather than expecting you to catch up overnight. "It's a process" is the right way to frame it, the payoff on knowledge like this usually shows up later than people expect. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

All Weather Portfolio Zoom

Kyle really helped explain many things during the zoom call. Biggest learning lesson was not to open any tokens that we don't recognize, cause they can be spam tokens which can cause fraudulent activity from your wallets

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Spam tokens catch a lot of people off guard because the instinct is to check what an unfamiliar token in your wallet is, not to leave it alone. Good that Kyle got that one across clearly, it's a cheap lesson to learn in a call versus an expensive one to learn the hard way. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Dimitry D. delivers exactly what's often missing in crypto analysis: clear, concise, and actionable breakdowns of downside risk

Dimitry D. delivers exactly what's often missing in crypto analysis: clear, concise, and actionable breakdowns of downside risk. His crash scenarios are well-structured and grounded in realistic market dynamics rather than fear-mongering. What stood out most was his ability to explain complex position dynamics in plain terms — no unnecessary jargon, just sharp, focused analysis that actually helps you understand why certain moves make sense under different market conditions. His examples are particularly strong. Each one walks you through the logic step-by-step, making it easy to follow even if you're not deep in the weeds of options or leverage. And the analysis itself is admirably succinct — he gets to the point without fluff, which is a rare quality in this space. If you're looking for someone who can cut through the noise and give you a sober, well-reasoned view of crypto downside scenarios without the hype, Dimitry D. is well worth your time.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Downside risk gets so little honest attention in this space that most people only think about it after something's already gone wrong, so building crash scenarios that are realistic instead of fear-driven is genuinely rare. Getting position dynamics down to plain terms without losing the substance is a hard needle to thread, and it sounds like Dimitry's found it. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Jon is a superstar!!

Jon has been an amazing mentor. He has been very helpful from the beginning. Jon answers all of our questions with patience and is very knowledgeable. He spends the amount of time necessary to answer all of our questions. Jon is very thorough in making sure we understand the system fully. He goes above and beyond and we couldn't ask for a better mentor to be paired with.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Not rushing through questions just to stay on schedule is a small thing that adds up to a lot over time, and it sounds like Jon treats understanding as the actual goal rather than just getting through the material. Being paired well makes a real difference in how this whole process goes. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Rumahis is the most calm

Rumahis is the most calm, compassionate person I have ever seen work with so many different computer technologies and people. He takes his time making sure each step he gives can be followed. Today I learnt things just by watching him work with someone else. Bonus he gave was how to get a 1 to 1 tech call with him since time ran out on the session. He is a true Gem!!! So grateful he is here making this simpler for non-tech people.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Learning something just from watching him help someone else is a good sign the session format is working the way it's supposed to. Offering a 1:1 when time ran out instead of leaving you hanging is the kind of thing that doesn't show up in a job description but matters a lot in practice. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Its the teachers who keep us going.

Kyle is so knowledgeable and so patient with all of us and at all levels of learning. All the teachers are such an asset to your program. Otherwise I would have given up ten times.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Ten times over is a strong number, and it speaks well of Kyle that he can hold a room with mixed levels of experience without losing anyone. The material and the people teaching it clearly work together here, and that combination is what actually gets people through the hard stretches. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

I attended the Tech Assistance session with Rumahis. I appreciate that Decentralized Masters provides this session to troubleshoot issues. I think Rumahis does and excellent job. He is quick, efficient and informative. I appreciate that he is teaching as he is troubleshooting for everyone.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Troubleshooting while explaining the why behind it is a harder balance to strike than it looks, most people just fix the problem and move on. Good that Rumahis is using the session to build understanding, not just clear the ticket. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Rumahis in the tech assistance office…

Rumahis in the tech assistance office hour is always there to help in a very calm manner. I was at a loss with the most basic thing, i.e. VPN and he got me tru the whole process and more. He is very knowledgable with all the millions details and doesn't hesitate to invite the members on 1:1 calls to solve their problems.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

VPN setup trips up more people than you'd expect, so getting through it calmly rather than rushed matters more than it sounds. Offering 1:1 calls instead of leaving people stuck in a group session says something about how Rumahis approaches the role. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Brandon did a good job

Brandon did a good job. I was the one that wasn't very well prepared. It was my first live session that I attended.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

First live session and being a little unprepared is normal, that's kind of the point of the first one. Sounds like Brandon didn't make it feel that way, though. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Ben was patient and helped me get my first trades in. Very excited to continue with DM

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

First trades are always the nerve-wracking ones, so having Ben walk through it patiently instead of rushing makes a real difference for what comes next. Good energy to be starting off with. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Rumahis patiently helped me navigate moving funds from hot wallet to ledger on multiple platforms. He was extremely helpful and I now have secured funds.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Moving funds across multiple platforms into cold storage is exactly where mistakes get expensive, so having someone patient walk it through step by step is worth a lot more than a quick tutorial video. Good that it's actually secured now, not just in progress. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

These guys are legit

These guys are legit! I am new to the program. I can't imagine trying to navigate this on my own. Very helpful , knowledgeable and genuinely want to see you. succeed. A great investment so far.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Trying to navigate this alone is exactly where most people get burned, so it's a smart instinct to want guidance from the start. "A great investment so far" is a good way to put it this early in, ask again in a year and we'll take that answer too. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Calming answers.

Before my meeting on 7/15/2026 I was feeling anxious as my questions were very simple about my laptop. Rumahis at Decentralized Masters answered in a way I could understand clearly and follow his direction. He went even farther with answering questions I didn't know I had, and building my confidence. I am happy to move on with the knowledge given to me and I can contact again if needed.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Feeling anxious over "simple" questions is more common than people admit, especially with anything tech-related. Rumahis catching the questions you didn't even know to ask is the sign of someone who's actually paying attention rather than just running through a checklist. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Shane was able to answer my questions. He knows a lot and can really build your confidence. He comes up with new ideas that I appreciated.

Reply from Decentralized Masters2026-07-29

Confidence is often the harder thing to build than knowledge, so it's good Shane's covering both. Glad the new ideas landed too, that's the kind of thing that keeps the material feeling fresh. — Sam Fisherman, The DeFi Doctor, Head of Education @ Decentralized Masters
