The electrical connectors and terminals I ordered were EXACTLY what was needed to repair our recycle truck. Buying the items from Del City for $27.00 vs. over $1,000.00 to get a harness assembly from the manufacturer is a very cost effective way to help maintain a repair budget
They shipped and delivered as promised. That is doing the job as expected.
Parts were backordered and we called in after a status and we never here anything back about it.
I can always find what I need and more. Online purchases are easy with quick delivery. Unmatched prices on bulk items.
Had items in stock, shipped right away. Received undamaged. Easy to use website.
Great pricing and usually has what we need in stock.
It was a big order with 100’s of items and it come in a timely manner.
I needed some Packard 56 connectors and other miscellaneous items and I found them all at Del City. Placed my order and they were at my doorstep in a couple days. I was able to complete my project and get my system up and running quickly!
I still dont have my complete order,,,and I have no idea if I will ever get it....
Good wire, good prices, easy to purchase. Will come back for more when needed.
Items backordered that showed in. Then I got a item that was backordered and you shipped me something I did not even order. Wasted a lot of my time
Communication during your recent systems failure was atrocious. An order placed on June 9 was not delivered until June 29. A dead website and multiple calls to gave no other answers other than "keep trying and when the site comes up, we're back". Rumors of a security breach also unnerving, considering the lack of communications.
Fast service and the quality of the wire connectors and switches is excellent w the best prices- can’t ask for anything more,
sounds like you need a new computer program??
Patrick Reeb is a constant source of help for me every time I have a question or concern. Thankful for his support!
It took 20 days to ship from the date of my order and I wasn't informed of any reason why or even that it would ship late. Plus your tracking info on the webpage wouldn't work.
Del City had an oddball item in stock (multi-wire shrink tube closed end connector) that none of my usual sources had. Reasonable price, prompt shipping.
Internal system was down for almost a month. I called several times in attempt to cancel order and low an behold never happened. Terrible!
