Both items I ordered turned out to be useless — they technically function, but they're such poor quality they don't actually do the job. I get it, sometimes a product doesn't live up to the listing. What I can't get past is how impossible it's been to reach anyone to return them. I called four times and never got through — the line seems broken. I tried the website, but I couldn't reset my password to log in and start a return. I went to WhatsApp and raised a ticket, and it's just been sitting there for days with no reply — the bot keeps sending me back to the same menu over and over. At some point it stops feeling like bad luck and starts feeling like the return process is deliberately hard so you'll just give up. Selling low-quality products is one thing. Making it this painful to get help is what really lost me. I wouldn't order again.

Very disappointed with my experience. While the prices are low, the product quality and packaging are extremely poor. Out of every 10 pieces ordered, nearly half arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging, making the overall cost much higher than expected. Low prices have no value if the products are unusable. Deodap should seriously improve its quality and packaging standards. pathetic products

I usually read reviews before buying from any platform online platform like this. Unfortunately, if I have read this before, I wouldn't have purchased. I ordered some product and they sent something else which had a very bad quality. It was just a rubbish. When checked with the team, they do not provide any return or refund it seems as per their policy. I too know that, but if the product they sent is of good quality I would have considered, but that was just a rubbish. Do not buy here guys, seems like all are old and unsold products for a long time being dispatched

I want to formally escalate my concern regarding the services provided by your team. I have already shared my Shopify store user ID/password and my Amazon Seller Central login details. However, till now there have been no listings created on my Shopify store, and there has been no proper progress update from your team. Additionally, my Amazon store has already received 2 policy violations, and no action has been taken from your side to resolve them. Apart from this, I was also expecting proper training and guidance as part of the service, but till now no training has been provided to me, which is affecting my ability to understand and manage the business properly. What is even more concerning is your customer support process. I have tried contacting your customer care through 3 different channels, but there has been no proper response. My WhatsApp messages and calls are being ignored, and my complaints are being closed without resolution. This kind of service feels highly unprofessional and misleading. It appears that once payment is completed, there is no accountability or active support from your side. I want to understand: What is the actual purpose of this group if customer concerns are ignored? Why are complaints being closed without resolution? Why is there no communication from your support team? At this stage, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by DeoDap. If my issues are not resolved immediately, I will be proceeding with a formal complaint through consumer grievance channels and will escalate this matter further. Please provide: 1.
