I purchased around ₹1,900 worth of trending products from Deodap as a test order. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my experience. The delivery took more than 12 days, which was much slower than expected. Most of the products I received appeared to be used, damaged, customer returns, factory rejects, or leftover stock. While I understand that the prices are low, the overall quality was far below expectations. Many items felt like clearance or roadside-market products rather than new merchandise. If you are used to shopping on Amazon or Flipkart and expect a similar level of quality and customer experience, Deodap may not be suitable for you. Low prices alone do not make a purchase worthwhile. Based on my experience, the products were not worth the money, and I would not recommend buying from this store.

Totaly fraud company selling defective products. Customercare setvice is another scam they are running. They will close your complaint on its own without redolving it & will stop responding afterwards likevtgey never exists. Better to avoid Deodap. Filling complaiwith consumer forum now.

To be very honest DeoDap is providing products at the most affordable prices, they have a huge variety of items, the quality is amazing and prices make you wanna order more, i am damn sure your final cart will be under your budget, they have pretty fast delivery service too. The items come fully wrapped in a lots of bubble wrap and umdamaged boxes. The most trustworthy site I have ever used.

Received damaged product, their customer support is worst, return procedure is also worst there is no return option in the first place. you need to send mail to customer support, where they reject return request without analyzing any detail. They mention the product quality is as per the price, Product quality is very poor.

I have ordered an solar lamp..it was found faulty..physical damage was also there.but i didn't video record the unboxing..they have simply cancelled the order saying there is no video recording..don't waste money here

I had purchased a hand blender which a damaged piece, I wrote to them several times they said they have raised a complaint but after 2 days they themselves declared that the problem is solved. I think the company is a big fraud please be aware of such companies who after sale r just not bothered about the customer. As a reseller, I am expected to spend money on advertising and bring customers to my store, but customers can easily find the same products on Deodap's website at lower prices. This creates a direct conflict between the company and its own resellers. I raised this concern multiple times through calls, messages, and emails, but I did not receive any satisfactory resolution or clear response. I also ordered some products for testing and was not satisfied with the quality I received. In my experience, some products did not meet the expectations created by their listings. DEODAP I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by DTDC regarding my shipment. AWB Number: 7D131851191 My parcel has still not been delivered. There have been no calls from the delivery team, no proper updates on the tracking website, and no satisfactory response from customer support. Despite repeated attempts to obtain information, nobody has provided a clear explanation regarding the status of my shipment. Due to this unreasonable delay and poor customer service, I no longer wish to receive this product. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of the shipment and a full refund of my payment. The experience with both DTDC and DEODAP has been highly disappointing. As a customer, I expected timely delivery, accurate tracking information, and professional communication. Unfortunately, none of these expectations have been met. One of your customer executives reportedly stated, "AWB - 7D131851191, D = stand dog. We can trust a DOG." If this statement was made, it is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on customer service standards.
