I ordered Rakhi for my brothers one is in chd one in Delhi so one pair was bhai bhabhi rakhi other one rakhi was for brothers they cancelled one pair of rakhi and from other order they cancelled bhai rakhi now they have already charges for delivery now no customer care service is available no cancel option available though they return the money of that particular rakhi but the problem is now I have to ordered again. They will receive on different time. It's totally waste of time , energy and money too . If they want to cancelled they should cancel all the orders not particular rakhi. Very disappointed and angry at the same time. It's Rakhi not an ordinary parcel. Now I will never purchase anything from Deodap

I ordered 2 rakhis but received only 1. For this order 2 rakhis cost was Rs.17 each. Total Rs.34. for which I paid Rs.41 (more that cost of 2rakhis) delievery charges. Later when I received one and I sent all proofs with videos and images and asked to send another rakhi. They directly just refund me the cost of one rakhi Rs.17. and now they are not even responding to any of my msgs and emails. If they can't deliver the rakhi. They should also refund me Rs.41 of delivery charges. This is total unfair to customers.
I won't recommend this to anyone.

After giving all the information my order id 262537394.. and they know I have all the proofs of unboxing video and screenshot before and after I order. Now they saying product of nail art what I choose and 6 quantity it's a mix design 🤣🤣 when I select at that time it was not mentioned. C the height they sending me screenshot of current image where it mentioned mix design. But they uneducated forget that there is price different.. I have raised my complaint to consumer court for fraud and misleading.... If anyone can guide me pls welcome

dont get trapped by this company called, deodap. they are not professionals. very recently i ordered for phone charger but they sent ear phone. contacted them many times for correction but all gone waste. so if you want to buy something, dont go to this company though it looks cheaper.

Very disappointing experience with Deodap. My order was delayed beyond the expected delivery date, and the tracking remained "In Transit" for a long time without any meaningful updates. Customer support only responded after I sent complaint emails. The WhatsApp support was not helpful in resolving my issue.
To make matters worse, instead of delivering the parcel to my address, I was asked to collect it from the DTDC office even though I had already paid delivery charges.
The product quality was also poor. Some items arrived damaged/broken, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, poor customer service, delayed delivery, poor communication, and unsatisfactory product quality. I would not recommend Deodap based on my experience.

I recently purchased products from DeoDap, and unfortunately, two of the items arrived damaged. The company agreed to refund only one item, but they refused to refund or replace the other. They claimed the damage occurred during transit, but in my opinion, the issue was due to inadequate quality checks before shipping.
What makes this even more disappointing is that their website clearly advertises "Easy Returns" and "Quality Checks Done", but my experience did not reflect those promises. To make matters worse, their customer support stopped answering my calls after the products were delivered.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this website. The claims made on their website did not match the service I received.

Even With Unboxing Proof, Support Ignores You – Save Your Money!
I am writing this to warn prospective buyers about my experience with DeoDap.
I placed an order (Order #262482766, Tracking ID: 500622847955) for a Rechargeable Mini Flashlight. When the package arrived, the torch was completely broken and defective right out of the box—the tail assembly was missing its outer casing, leaving the raw internal micro-switch completely exposed and unusable.
When I raised a complaint with clear photos of the damaged product, their support team immediately hid behind "company policy," insisting they cannot do anything without an unboxing video.
Here is the truth about their policy:
Unreasonable Expectations: They expect every customer to record an unboxing video for every routine purchase just to protect themselves against DeoDap sending already-broken stock. Double Standards & Disappearing Act: On a previous order, I did provide a complete unboxing video as requested. What happened? Their team completely ignored it and provided zero response or support anyway! Defect-Hiding Tactics: When you call out their defective items, they send canned emails reminding you to "try to be with company policy."
Cheap prices mean nothing if you are paying for broken goods with zero post-purchase accountability. Save your money and buy from platforms that respect consumer rights.

When I purchased the product, I was not informed that an unboxing video is required for claims/returns as per your policy.
I received the order, but the wax heater is defective and needs to be exchanged. The other items were not delivered, which is fine — I only want the wax heater exchanged.
Please arrange the pickup and exchange at the earliest.
If this is not resolved, I will have to file a complaint on the Consumer Forum for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
