I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago…

I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and have no idea when it will ship. Very disappointed.

Thank you for shopping with us, Rachael. We're so sorry for the delay. The product you order is currently out of stock. This brand seem to always have out of stock issues and never know when the shipment is going to arrive due to it coming out of the country. If you'd prefer that we cancel the order, just let us know.

I have not received my product yet i was charged weeks ago.
