Great service
I loved that the company sent me an email letting me know they were waiting for a new batch of my product so they could send me a fresher one. I really appreciated their communication and was happy to wait if needed. In the end, I only had to wait an extra day or two, and my order still arrived very quickly. I also loved that they included some samples with my purchase. Great customer service and a great overall experience!

Product was not in stock when I ordered it. Once it became available it took about a week for it to arrive. On the positive side communication with company reps was excellent.

This was my first purchase from Derm warehouse. I found them on google by typing in the product name I needed. I was able to get the product promptly with a first time purchase discount. The communication I received from day one was excellent. I will continue to use Derm Warehouse as needed. They have a good selection of products.

DERM warehouse helped me find what I wanted and sent it promptly. One thing I would recommend, however ,is to put the price of the purchase on the enclosed invoice. In my particular case, I still do not know if I was given the 20% disc. or not nor am I certain about "which" credit-card I used.
