⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent shipping service! I had a very good experience with DFH Logistics, and I would definitely recommend their service. A special thank you to Alan(customer service support), who was extremely patient, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I had so many questions because this was my first time shipping from China, and Alan took the time to answer every question I had and explained the process clearly. My package arrived in exactly 11 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), which I was very impressed with. Everything arrived safely and the package and products were in perfect condition. The DDP service was also excellent. Everything was handled, including customs clearance and taxes, and I did not have to pay any additional customs charges when my package arrived at my doorstep. Overall, I am very happy with the service, communication, delivery speed and the condition of my goods. This was my first experience shipping from China, and DFH Logistics made the whole process much easier and less stressful than I expected. Thank you so much to Alan and the DFH Logistics team! The best shipping agent I have used
I have used several other shipping agent in the past but DFH Logistics tops them all. I used them now all the time ( four times now). Wendy’s amazing communication approach, dedication and apt attention to details is second to none, it made my shipping process seamless, there was literally nothing to worry about. She kept on providing information at every step of the way and also provided amazing shipping advice that saved my goods from being damaged via transportation. I can completely affirm that they are beyond capable, reliable and trustworthy.
