I needed to purchase some of the FreeStyle Libres while I waited for mine to arrive as sometimes they get knocked off my arm or stop working, and my insurance only covers a certain amount. Excellent Response to My Issue
My original order arrived and the expiration dates on the strips and test solution were not acceptable to me. I try to keep a good stock because I travel and need to be able to grab what I need and throw it in the suitcase. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. They provided me with a label to return the items and sent me replacements with much more acceptable expiration dates. Bravo for excellent service.
