Great support during onboarding.
I have a subscription I cant cancel Support wont even anwser me, leaving me on read and straight up ignoring me, im stuck in the same page and I cant cancel my trial. Very nice company.
Great product, feels safe to share sensitive data, and great way to connect with colleagues in a virtual environment.
Very useful and easy to use
very supportive and direct customer service
The best app, for work and travel, call quality has always been great and I travel alot through middle east Asia Australia Europe and South America, recommend to anyone trying to run a miss on the go!
I highly don't recommend using Dialpad as a small business owner. It is very confusing and frustrating. dozens of menus and way to many moving parts. They issues multiple phone numbers even though all I wanted to do was use my one ported number. When phone rings , it defaults to wrong number. most of the time the phone cuts out right before I answer. the most annoying is the site. It is the most user unfriendly site to navigate I have ever seen. I have built my own website so I'm not that dumb. I wanted to bail after a few months in but they locked me in a contract that you can't get out of. Most online companies are month to month now but they got me. The only good part about Dialpad I have to say is the phone support from Philippines. They have always been good at helping but probably severely underpaid. No I can't cancel and I'm outside the contract. You need a college course to figure it out. email support can't do it for you. They tell me where to go and says there is a cancel option under billing summary. guess what. there is none.
Dialpad flagged my gmail, I already used the same gmail to login , setup and pay and then boom I am logged out , my card is flagged and i cant access anything, great way of getting new clients, was using dialpad for 3 years and wanted to set it up for another project but not anymore
It had a lot of advantage, for example; able to text patients, if miss a call able to leave a voice mail, even if patient do not leave a voice mail you still can see someone called. Easy to communicate with your coworkers. If you out of the office everyone is able to see by DND and tittle of why you out.
Agents like Joy and the services they provide to our organization is one of the main reasons we love Dialpad.
Terrible platform and terrible customer service experience. I signed up for the 14 day trial, and only 3 days later I was unexpectedly charged $70.00. What made it even more confusing was that my selected plan should have only been $54.00. I immediately tried to dispute and reverse the charge, but the AI support system repeatedly refused to connect me to an actual customer service representative. After canceling the account, I was completely locked out and could no longer access any information related to my account. Every time I logged in, the only screen available was a payment prompt. To make matters worse, I’ve now been on hold for over 30 minutes while the automated system continuously claims it is “transferring” me to someone. Based on this experience, I would never use this company personally or recommend it for any business I represent. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience overall. I guess I am just beat for my 70 bucks at this points.
Hello, I’m very sorry for the frustration you experienced. What you described around the unexpected charge, difficulty reaching a live representative, and losing access to your account after cancellation is not the experience we want anyone to have. I’ve requested your contact information so I can investigate where the breakdown took place and review both the billing issue and the support experience in detail. We take feedback like this seriously, and I’d like the opportunity to better understand what happened. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback.
I'm really pleased with Dialpad. The interface is very intelligent, which I appreciate. It doesn't have a cheap appearance. I feel very confident using Dialpad, and all the phone calls I've had so far on the app have given me an excellent quality of audio, which has made me even more confident that using Dialpad will be a smart move for me.
Cannot cancel my subscription. I spoke directly with the director, who personally assured me the subscription would be canceled and that I would receive a refund. May came around and not only was the subscription still active, but I was charged again. The worst part of this entire experience has been the customer service. Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours just to speak with someone, and then another 1-2 weeks to actually get anything resolved. Extremely frustrating experience overall.
Hi Stephen, I am very sorry again for the delay in the cancellation. I took care of this when we spoke, and it was brought to my attention that it had not been taken care of. We should be all squared away.
Super easy to use! Keeps me in touch with existing customers especially on the go. Even easier to be in touch with NEW customers.
Lorraine is very helpful and polite. She is skilled.
Dialpad delivers on the core functionality — calls are reliable, SMS can be tracked properly through customer accounts, and from a service capability perspective, it generally does what it promises. Unfortunately, billing and account management have been a major frustration. We were charged $32/month for a Global Unlimited Calling Add-On that we have never used, nor authorised. We don't make international calls from this service. We requested multiple times last year for this add-on to be cancelled (Dialpad - see tickets, call logs and emails) and for the incorrect charges to be refunded, yet those requests to date have still not been actioned. Total overcharges are now in excess of $320- Twelve months after our last contact with Dialpad, Dialpad still has not refunded or credited the overcharges. While the platform itself works, unresolved billing errors and poor follow-through on customer service significantly undermine trust.
This is a great tool i have no words to describe how fantastic it is
Using it for the last 1 year and loving it.
It's a great software for both our Technical and Sales departments. Logs the phone numbers, integrates with our CRM platform, and records meetings automatically.
