Daniel saved me from the MS Lion's Den!!!

I noticed that there are many positive ratings for Daniel listed here and I can understand why! We had a very thorny issue with my MS 365 install and the Legacy Outlook software that I needed to make the shift from Mac Mail to Outlook. Daniel was very helpful and patient with me. I can also tell everyone that because I have a 40+ year technical background in computers and associated hardware design that Daniel's technical expertise was way beyond many who try to help you via a chat session these days! Best Customer Service Ever!!

I messed up my trial offer of Microsoft Office 2010 and needed to purchase it. One, your website was the cheapest, but I didn't notice that what I purchased was not the same as what I had until I couldn't activate my old version. Two, your chat was available at 3 in the morning and Kylie helped me. First I asked it what happened to what I thought I ordered and what I got. Your system automatically up-graded my purchase to the professional version at no extra charge because the old version I had was not available. I'm really not good with computers and downloaded the new version and did something wrong. I activated the new version but when I went to open a spreadsheet on my computer, it asked to activate it again and then said I activated too many times and to contact Microsoft. Luckily I went back online and Kylie was available again. We worked through teamview and she was able to provide my system with the necessary information and now everything works 100%.

Best Product Pricing with Superb Customer Service

I've used Paperport for many years, and recently found that the product is now being marketed under the name Kofax. I found the best pricing on DigitalProductKey but did run into an issue during install. Daniel, in support, was able to quickly (as in 30 minutes) able to cure my install issue, providing me the absolute quickest turnaround time when dealing with a software support issue. I was a little concerned when the Windows 10 Pro I purchased installed as a Windows Home version, then the activation code did not work either. Customer service was able to easily remedy this and I now have a great product for a great price. The only reason I am dropping a star is the instructions could have included that information from the start. But all in all a good purchase. I will buy again!

I was a little concerned about…

I was a little concerned about purchasing a key outside of M$. A couple of months after purchasing my keys, I had some authentication issues. The customer support and tech support people were very friendly and helpful. I really screwed up my system. They were patient and either directly fixed or painstakingly walked me through everything necessary to bring my systems back on-line. THIS is how I teach my COMPTia students to do Tier 1, 2 tech support. Thank you.

I had problems (caused by me) with Office license

I had problems (caused by me) with office softwares, I just started to chat with experts after I tried to install office again. The system asked a license key and I got error message that the key I tried to use was old one. The expert at Digitalproductkey solved the problem with license key nad hten I could go on with Office softwares. Also I got good advice to avoiding syncronizing my office works with any cloud services. Thank you, you saved my day.
