I’ve had a really positive experience with RepairDesk and their team, especially Shehbaz Anwar and Zaib Gul. Both of them have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout.
Whenever I have an issue or need something looked into, they are always quick to respond and make sure it gets followed up properly. Shehbaz in particular is very punctual with follow-ups — when he says he will look into something, he actually does and gets back to me quickly. Both are professional, reliable and genuinely great people to deal with.
RepairDesk has been a great addition to my small business. It has made managing things much easier and more organised, and I’m really enjoying using the software.
I also really enjoyed their recent live online session, where they shared upcoming developments and improvements to RepairDesk. It was great to see what they are working on, and I’m looking forward to the new features and updates they have planned for the future.
