Website says they offer shipping to many countries. You select your country, and it says “free shipping!”. You place order, and when you enter your address, your country is listed. A couple of days later, they cancel the order, saying, “Sorry, we don't ship to your country”. Maybe you should check where you can deliver first, before posting that on the website? Just wasting people's time and money.

Hi Slav, you are right to be frustrated. Your delivery country, Ukraine, was mistakenly left available at checkout even though our fulfilment setup had no shipping service available for the address. This was our configuration error. We should have blocked the order at checkout instead of accepting it and cancelling it later.
We apologise for the inconvenience and delay. We have now corrected the country list and added a safeguard so that an order cannot be accepted unless a valid shipping service is available. Your payment was fully refunded immediately.
We are sorry we let you down.
Superb service after not receiving my brakepads.
Not clear what caused this malldelivery but no hesitation at Discobreaks to sent me the pads again.
My compliments for this service , very happy with it.
Cheers,
Ron.
I share an epic story with DiscoBrakes and I will never be able to give them all the thanks they deserve. I've bought them a CarbonCycles rigid fork for the bike I'm building. The price was what I was expecting, they are in England, I'm in France, the delivery will be quick. It's due for the next week-end, I'm not working, everything is perfect.
I see on the tracking that finally, the parcel will arrive even quicker. I'll not be here, but I imagine the transporter will leave a message and the parcel at the post office. Oooh boy, how wrong was I !
Be careful, because now, all hell breaks loose ! The parcel was to be delivered the 8th of August (sent the 4th). I ask UPS to give it to me the 12th. Today, the 25th, still no parcel, epic story, twists everywhere, I've written another rating for UPS, you'll find it also on Truspilot (see my profile, I'm not authorized to put links).
All these days with waiting, false joys, endless and grotesque phone calls. I was telling all of that to BikeFridge/DiscoBrakes day after day. And I was very happy to discuss with the best support you'll ever know, from Rasheda and Dinesh. Everytime (and I mean it), everytime, I had quick answers, everytime that was accurate (that's stressful to ask something and to have an answer that doesn't give all the wanted informations). I'm an hotliner, so I know what is good for the client, and I can assure you that Rasheda and Dinesh are at the top !
So, even if I didn't get the fork (I got a refund, quickly of course), I could have plenty of support and be relieved at each of my messages.
That's the first time for me there are so many problems with a delivery and that's also the first time I can experience such a nice support from a company (many are good but DiscoBrakes is at another level).
The Evergreen would be stuck again in the Red Sea if it was to carry all of the thanks I want to give them, and they already know that ! :D
To sum up : you can trust DiscoBrakes ! Veeeeeeeeeeeery nice !
Huge thanks ! ;)
W.

Discobrakes are a very good company to deal with and their products are excellent value for money.
You know you are dealing with a good company when things go wrong and their staff sort out and deal with things.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong pads for my mountain bike. I compounded the error by not following their returns policy. Staff communicated with me very promptly and cordially to resolve the problem. I am very happy with the outcome. John Roelich
Excellent products and customer service. I’ve been using disco brake pads on my mountain bikes for over 10 years. Many sets of pads, all worked flawlessly, never had a problem.
Recently upgraded the discs on my road bike. The basic rotors and adaptor hardware from disco really exceeded my expectations. The rotors are perfectly round and true, the adapters are finished nicely with a good threads, quality boats. Excellent overall. Outstanding value.
I recently received some copper free pads and they work fantastically. They have great stopping power, you can modulate the pressure easily and they are silent. Previously I've used sintered metal pads that are very noisy and a bit 'grabby'. These are great and I look forward to using your products for many years to come
Exotic Carbon Forks. I recently purchased a pair of the carbon forks to fit my 26" MTB frame, which needed the 100 mm corrected versions. The forks are very well made and look really nice, they fitted absolutely fine and are nice to ride. I have never ridden with carbon forks so I cannot compare but they seem to absorb some trail buzz at certain speeds. Ordered to Germany and they arrived very quickly. Thanks for a great service.
Magura Hydraulic V-brake HS11 pads grey- Road/Cross Country
I like to use a product for at least 2-3 months before reviewing or issuing feedback so I can where possible be as thorougher as possible.
I purchased this product in January 2020 however due to an extensive rebuild of my converted ebike and the fact that the hydraulic pads I was using where not as worn as I initially expected when the rear wheel was dismantled.
I replaced my old hydraulic brake pads with these pads from DiscoBrakes/BikeFridge at the start of February 2020. They were used on a 350w rear hub 36v motor wheel for about a month, they fitted perfectly with high performance stopping power, I had to change the rear motor for a front hub motor so the rear wheel was returned to a normal wheel and the hydraulic brake pads have been working perfectly since the change - These pads are a great alternative to the OEM and fit as expected, I would recommend this product and make future purchases. Thanks DiscoBrake/BikeFridge.
I spent months searching for compressed-fiber brake pads for my Avid disc brakes; my rear brake doesn't get much of a workout, so the original sintered-metal pads tended to glaze-over and start squealing. All the compressed-fiber pads I tried had bits of brass wire mixed in, to keep the disc scraped clean, which is fine except the brass is too hard and causes the pads to feel rough after they've broken-in a little bit. But then I found DiscoBrakes.com; they sell a Kevlar-based compressed-fiber pad that has bits of *copper* wire mixed in, instead of brass wire, and the softer copper doesn't produce the same rough feeling. DiscoBrakes' Kevlar pads are the best compressed-fiber pads I've ever tried, and I would recommend them to anyone. I like them so much I bought several spare pairs, just in case.
Great service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable. They helped with my disc brake trouble, and took the time to explain and resolve the problem, then insisted on not charging me!
I've just returned from a biking week in the French Alps. As part of my preparation I up graded my rotor from 160mm to 180mm, I also purchased 4 sets of "Pro grade black ceramic compound Shimano Deore BR-M525" pads from Disco brakes. After a days use downhill I noticed juddering and a metallic noise when using my rear brake. I removed the rear pads and noticed what looked like a piece of metal in the pad compound. I changed the pads and also noticed a small grove forming on the rear rotor. long storey short. I changed the rear pads 4 times, the last being because I had catastrophic rear brake failure. This wore though my rear rotor causing it to break in two leaving the rotor arms attached to the wheel and the braking part of the rotor to be detached leaving me NO rear brake. luckily I managed to escaped injury and minimal damage to my bike. On investigation I found that ALL 4 set of pads had metal studs stamped though the rear of the metal pad base into the braking compound. This meant that when I was less than half way though the pad it was down to metal on metal. I have been in touch with Disco Brakes and sent numerous photos and 2 sets of the pads for "Investigation" . They have since "Barred" me from their site and stopped me logging on, removed my comments asking if anyone else has had problems like this. This was done without any warning.
There has been NO mention of replacing the pads or reimbursing me. Wiggle or Chain reaction would not and have not acted in this aggressive. It's not always best to get it "cheap"

We took this issue very seriously and our tech guys studied the pads and rotor at great length. We found that the rotor was incompatible with the brake caliper. The braking surface was too narrow. We sent you documents from Shimano showing this. Neither the rotors nor calipers were supplied by DiscoBrakes. The scoring in the surface of the pads corresponds to high spots on the rotor, and shows that the rotor damaged the brake pads, and not the other way around. We sent photos showing how the scoring went right down to the backplate/rivets of the pad.
Your forum post should not have been removed and we apologise for that. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, so we sent you 2 free replacement rotors and 4 sets of new pads as a gesture of goodwill. We hope you have a great ride and wish you all the best.
