I received exactly what I ordered quite quickly! The vents I ordered are just what I needed.
We order a special size screen rail.
We order a special size screen rail, DK had it and it was real reasonable. We tried from Amazon 3 times and each time it came damaged. The packaging from DK was excellent. We did not have to wait several weeks for our order from DK.

The experience was okay. It took 24 days just to ship my order without a single update. It did arrive and was what I wanted so I would purchase from here again.

Was a perfect match to my old sliding glass door handle and shipped quickly. Took old handle to Home Depot to buy a matching spray paint and it is good as new.

I don't think DK hardware Actually sells anything. I'm guessing they take your money, hold it for a month to gain Interest from the bank then give back the amount you paid. I think the FEDs should look into this company. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. Ordered something on 6/24/26 they said should take about 2 weeks to ship. After 3 weeks I contacted them and they gave me a ship date of 7/27/26 waiting until then still nothing. Decided it was best to just cancel the order. Which they did no problem and I received my refund.
