Will never do business with this…

Will never do business with this company again. Dishonest and unprofessional. I ordered two sets of polished nickel shower door hinges. Upon receipt I realized that one set should have been glass to glass hinges rather than glass to wall hinges. After attempting to contact the Florida office I was told that the facility was just a warehouse like Amazon and I was talking with someone from India. I told them they were not like Amazon because this order took 30 days to deliver! Was told to ship the hinges back to their Florida warehouse which I did and once again paid for UPS shipping. A week later I received an email saying the product was damaged so they would not be refunding my money. I emailed them back and told them I returned the unopened package in the same box and shipping material I received from them. If the product was damaged it was sent to me damaged as I never opened the box. Have not heard from them since. I will purchase new hinges locally and ones made in the USA. Remodeling a home and out of all the vendors I have dealt with this company is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Buyers BEWARE.....

Poor quality. Items…

The toilet bowl seats are not as padded as they use to be. The sealant on them get compromised. easily. So when u sit on them it feels like the none padded seats.

DK recommended the wrong part and won't refund me

A few weeks ago I purchased a slide bolt for a storm door, but when it arrived it was the wrong part. DK customer service sent me a link to the "correct" part, so I ordered it. The part they recommended was also not the correct part. They won't refund my money for the slide bolts unless I ship the bolts back to them, which will cost more than the bolts themselves cost. Now they have stopped responding to me.

Items had precise descriptions that allows for good matches for the parts you need. Parts were a little pricey, but of good quality. It took a week to 10 days to process the order. Overall a good experience.

Received wrong material, was told too bad...

Ordered several pieces of stainless steel material. Completed an incredibly complicated month long project for a customer and installed it. Went back for additional work and saw that one of the pieces of material was actually steel and was rusting. Called DK and was told that because we were beyond the 30 day period, they were unwilling to do anything. At the end of the day, they sent an incorrect product and should replace it. This easily costs $2500 just in travel time and labor to fix. All we originally asked for was a piece of replacement material (about $40). Terrible customer service. Do not buy from here.

We received the order

We received the order, but it appears that the product shipped was not the product that we ordered. We ordered a pass through window kit with side jambs and the one that received did not have those jambs. They are currently shipping us the missing jambs. If the jambs arrive in a timely manner, I would revise my rating.

Communication with DK Hardware was…

Communication with DK Hardware was great. I had trouble finding what I was looking for and after an email that was responded (quite surprised) in less than an hour I was given links to exactly what I needed. I've been retired from the construction industry for 8 year's and have aways looked at DK for many items that we needed. The big box stores don't carry the premium quality and the selection of products DK has. Although retired I'm still ordering materials from DK.

Website says fast service. WRONG! Ordered an in-stock washing machine part 5 days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. NOT even ready to ship. If you are in a little bit of a hurry, move along.
