Took a long time to receive the product (it took multiple weeks before it was even shipped)- this would be okay if you communicated somewhere the expectations. However the generic estimate was not even close to the experience. However, I did receive the product, in good condition, at a fair price. That part was great!

Dk Hardware carried a replacement part for my oven when no one else did
When my GE oven baking element stopped working (after 25 years), I was shocked to find out that the manufacturer no longer carried replacement parts. Further, due to changes in the law, most do not after about 7-10 years. I found the part through your site, ordered it and received it very promptly. I replaced the old part and hope to get another 25 years out of the oven. (If I live that long. I am 74)
I inadvertantly ordered an extra valve
I inadvertantly ordered an extra valve. Tried to change order but individual did not change order and I ended up with 3 valves and only wanted 1. I had to pay to have the valves shipped back not to mention the time I wasted dealing with a screw up not of my doing. Should have been able to correct the quantity ordered but website failed to offer that option. Never again using this business.

Horrible return policies - don’t waste your money like I did!
They sent me a product that I needed to return, but refused to help with the return shipping costs—the item was shipped in an awkward shaped box which resulted in a $60 return shipping charge for a product that only cost $50. Poor customer service and no reasonable solution offered. I expected better support, especially when the return costs more than the item itself. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

The spatula doesn't work on EVERY grill. Apparently our grates aren't far enough apart for it to fit down between them. But it's still in use at our home. Not as expected.
