Well I never ordered from DK Hardware before and I ordered a very nice fishing reel which doesn't sound like something they would sell so I had my doubts. Even more so because it was at a incredible price. They responded pretty quick to my questions and the package came (a little slow) in great shape. So all in all I am pleasantly surprised with DK Hardware.

Communications could be improved.

The online purchase was very easy and delivery was quick. However, the lead time of the products were not accurate. The item appeared to be in stock but I didn't receive any initial tracking number upon ordering. The next day, I called in for status and was told the items were on backorder for two weeks. Then a couple of days later, I received the items without ever getting a tracking number. This caused me to order another item from Amazon due to the extended lead time that was incorrectly communicated.

Placed an order

Placed an order, money was immediately taken out of my account. Order was mailed May 14,2026. Checked tracking and order sat in one place for 22 days. In the meantime I had made 3 calls to DK asking for assistance on getting my package found and delivered. Every time the said Hope would call me back. Hope never called me back, Finally after threatening with an attorney they offered a refund. We shall see if I ever get my refund.

I requested to return the lock because it was incomplete and not useable. It also lacked instructions so I could not begin to understand what was missing or how to put it together. I sent photos. However, DK was understanding of the situation. Returned the charge and told me to not return the lock. I still have the lock in the package. I could donate it but I do not believe it would be useful to anyone. I still will included with donations the next time I visit the SPCA. Thank you.

I received my order and the shipping fee was incorrect . So after that I opened the box to find you sent the wrong silicone. Sent you pictures and never got a response. So now I'm out my 200+ dollars and I have a box of silicone i can't use .

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Charged my card twice, then cancelled the order. Working to get my money back. They are no help, and refuse to admit to any wrong doing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with DK Hardware

Unacceptable Shipping, Wrong Item, and a Nightmare Return Process

I ordered oven racks from DK Hardware Supply that were explicitly listed as a factory-suitable replacement for my model. The shipment took a week to arrive, and the racks were completely wrong—nearly 2 inches too short in width.The shipping method was a total disaster. They crammed the oversized racks into a USPS cardboard box that was half their size, wrapped thin cardboard strips flat around the middle, left inches of the racks exposed on both sides, and wrapped the ends in garbage bags with layers of heavy shipping tape. The packaging was so poorly done that the tape fused to the product. To even free the racks, we had to tear the cardboard strips off.When I called to initiate a return for their mistake, the customer service nightmare began. It has been two weeks of endless loops. They demanded photos of the packaging and packing slip. I sent them. They claimed they weren't good enough and demanded more. I have sent multiple rounds of comparison photos proving the width discrepancy, and now they are demanding photos with a tape measure.Worse, because their original packaging was a destroyed, taped-up mess of garbage bags, they are insisting that I purchase my own oversized box out-of-pocket to ship these large racks back. Buying a box of this dimension is incredibly expensive.I am running a microbakery and losing daily business revenue because my baking capacity is limited and my funds are tied up with this company. Two weeks in, and I still cannot get a simple return processed for an item they misrepresented. Absolutely terrible customer service and a total lack of accountability. Avoid this company.
