Product was not as described. The product was described as a “Victor metal pedal rat trap”. The ones that were delivered were the “wide plastic petal trap”. Unfortunately the shipping costs to return the traps were too expensive , so I elected to keep them . Please update your description of the product.
I had a fantastic shopping experience. Great prices and easy checkout. The delivery was fast, received my package extremely quick. Unfortunately, the package was opened before it reached my mailbox and the contents missing. I immediately contacted customer support about the situation and was extremely pleased with their response. They stayed in contact with me through the process, replaced my order, shipped it immediately and made me a loyal customer because of the fact. I couldn't of asked for anything more.

The door came it took three weeks to get it had finger prints all over it and it had a shoe print on it and a Nick in it
I received the part I needed in a timely manner.
Finally found the exact part I needed for my pull out hamper. Since it was an exact replacement, it was easy to install.
I received my complete order in good condition only a few days after placing it. No problems at all.
Took a long time to fill the order. Apparently was backordered. I was never told this. Then the shipping took 6 days. So a total of 20 days to get these hooks.

DK had just what I was looking for even though I couldn't find it in a Walmart or any other brick and mortar store. Item was better than described, super fast shipping, A+ transaction and I would recommend them. Thank you.....
It took a month to get my order and when it came, it was 10 inches too short. I checked my invoice and my order was correct but the item received was, indeed, way too short. So, so far, I'm not impressed with my first (and most likely, my last..) order with DK H. I contacted customer service (at least I hope I have) and have yet to hear back from them.
